Hallyu means family/community to me I often find it that anyone who's interested in K-Pop can become an instant friend and we can relate from the very start :) I like to know that people can just click based on one simple common interest, and it feels like everyone is a part of a distant family who will eventually connect with each other through it

0:40 the translation is a bit off. I noticed after seeing this video going kinda viral on army twt. Here is the transcript and translation from someone who knows&teaches Korean; Yoongi: "한류는 방탄이다. 이유가.. 왜냐하면 저희가 앞으로 정말 전 세계 곳곳 돌아다니면서 저희 음악을 많은 분들에게 들려줄 예정이거든요. 그니까 많은 관심 부탁드립니다" "Hallyu is BTS.. it's because in the future we're planning to go around different places in the world so people can listen to our music. Therefore I request you all to look forward to it."

Hallyu means to me...POSSIBILITIES! I live in the city of Angels and we have 2 KTOWN s...LA and OC! We are the home if the Korean Friendship Bell dedicated to America from SoKo! I may have started off for my love of GDragon and KDramas...but the experience and essence of KCON is unforgettable! I have met new people...from Baltimore, Boston, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, one of the Carolinas, Florida, Jersey, Utah,Vegas, Oregon, Washington , and Vancouver (Canada)..and more But the atmosphere was life changing!! I enjoyed myself and for people to remember me and know I'm the GDragon girl (SheDragon...LoL) means tgat KCON 2014 made it happen for many if us!! We are so ready for 2015...but next year I will be flying back to SoKo...LoL!
