1 cup (5 oz) wheat flour (all-purpose flour or pastry flour), 1 cup (6 oz) potato starch, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon paprika powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon ginger powder, 1 cup cold water
