Nah, they were seven back then too but they've always done sub-unit projects like this. This was just for fun. Another pre-debut sub-unit song is School Of Tears, an adaptation of Kendrick Lamar's Swimming Pools by RM, Jin and Suga. Heck, there's even a version of Last Christmas by Jin from that time. 😅

I still come back to this video because not only is it adorable, but it sounds really good too. This isnt an official bts release btw. Before their debut, they would post covers/renditions of songs for fun but also to get their name out there. At this point, all the members were there, just not in this cover.

I'm gonna go off and cry now. 3 of my girls had 4 of their graduation parties at the roller rink. Yep...all of them had this song on their CDs (our rink allows CD's for private parties, so you can play whatever you like)...granted, only 1 was actually graduating from middle school at the time, but she also used it for her high school grad party (as well as the other 2). I WANT A DO OVER! Granted, the last graduated this year, so that party (also the one who used it for her middle school grad) was only a month and a half ago, but still...we had a blast. At all of them.

I’m sure somewhere in these comments, someone must have said this was pre debut 💜. JK just graduated middle school. 😌 JK is the baby (Maknae) of the group. He was born in September of 97, they debuted in June 2013. They were all (7) together by fall of 2012. 😌 I think you’d be amazing by their book? And the order in which it all comes together. If you’ve not seen it, you should watch the guide to BTS, by Taylor Mari. And or The Rise to Bangtan (a fan collective history). I’d watch it with you 😉💜

They said it themselves. They knew it was a pre-debut song. However, I do think "School of Tears" actually pre-dates this one.

They were so sweet. If Jimin was present they werd already 7, as Jimin was the last member to be signed. He joined in 2012 and they debuted in june 2013, I think when RM was signed as the first member it was 2010.
