Hi, the song they called misogist is "War of hormone"... but if you listen carefully to the sound and understand the lyrics. You will see that it is a beautiful song. It just talks about what teenagers boys feel when they see a pretty girl. 🙄

When I became an ARMY, I thought this will be just a calm and enjoyable ride with their music and performances but nah. I saw the hate comments, those people who were mean to BTS and the whole freaking music industry sabotaging my boys. As a fan who feels their sincerity and how incridible of a group of people they are, I needed to defend them like I defend my babies (pets). ARMY is so fitting name for us.

There are 2 things I wish she'd mentioned in here. One, that RM would downplay hate comments to keep the guys' morale up, imagine the emotional burden of carrying that; and two, you should google "black wave BTS". You see it in bulletproof the eternal so for them to include it means it truly impacted them. They're not the only group this was done to by the way, it's really disgusting. It amazes me how cruel people can be. Hugs to everyone 💜

I want to add to your first point that this is a common misconception in the fandom as far as I know. Namjoon never translated hate comments into positive ones for the guys. He did read hate comments and think about them for a long time without mentioning them to the other members and he did/does translate „wrongly“(nicer) in interviews but the hate to positive thing is not true. Of course if I am wrong and there is proof that one of them said that I’d gladly be educated.

The song in question was War of Hormones..... I think there is nothing wrong with the song as this is in the view from teenage boys. JK hamburger incident it was bought with his own money. He was 16/17 at the time and was still quite shy. Broke my heart. I love these boys and they truely are a gift to humanity. 💜💜💜💜 The wings plagurism accusation was settled with the artist who was thrilled and honoured BTS were inspired with his work. Regarding the German radio station that condemned BTS for covering a Coldplay song....lol Chris Martin and Coldplay are huge BTS fans.

Proud ARMY since 2017…..I turned 63 5 days ago! They have taught me to love and care about myself. I was so fortunate to have a meet and great with them in 2019…..and after. Taehyung looked me in the eyes and into my soul then smiled at me…3 seconds of my life…and I was changed. Over the next 2 years I lost over 120 lbs and have kept it off. I care about myself more and do everything I can to make sure I stay healthy. Maybe it’s silly, but if a man that beautiful can touch my soul with a look into my eyes…it showed me I am worth something and my smile meant something to him. There are no words to describe how I felt in those seconds. My friend got a high 5 from Kookie….we were not allowed to talk or touch them. It was a photo op…but she got a high 5…she just held her hand up and he touched her. I turned to thank Taehyung for the photo op….and that’s when my whole life changed. I will fiercely protect my boys…or sons as I call them….

Thank you Gabbsi, great reaction 🙏💜💜 The Jungkook/hamburger incident always makes me both furious and tearful, it’s heartbreaking because he was a teenager, legally still a child, and this adult man (and the rest followed him and did nothing to defend JK) bullied him in a very hurtful and public way - the poor boy did not understand, he looks so bewildered (in SK, the youngest never buys food, the eldest does that - remember Jin talking about how much food he had bought for JK over the years - so JK thought he was doing something good to break the ice by buying expensive burgers for everyone). Bullying a child is disgusting, especially as Jungkook was so innocent and naive - some teens are very streetwise, but not JK back then, he was doing the work of a grown man but his hyungs sheltered and protected him as much as they could, so he kept his sweet innocence!! I’m sorry to make such a big deal out of this, but every time I am reminded of this incident, it brings back my fury…🤷‍♂️🙈😂😂😂

I'm glad you have checked this out. This really is a great reminder to us, that BTS didn't just rise to fame in a day and there have and still has hardship to face.... I wish I could say that we could all smile now and be content as We have already gave BTS a place in the industry, the Top. A place they deserve and finally be acknowledged... 🥹 but as large of an existence BTS and Army have, the ongoing fight is still ON.. I wish I could say they are no longer being discriminated and downplayed, mistreated and ignored, but we all know how SCAMMYS AND BULLSHTBOARD is treating them right now, from a Group to Solo works, the fight ensues 😭 AND NOW, this damn corrupt music industry , especially in the West, is doing all its best to push down their solo works even with all the proof of sales and streams ... Even with all their contributions to their country, you would expect that when u visit SK , u would see a lot of BTS related stuff , but no... Recently, xCeleste mentioned that on her last trip to SK and the lack of BTS related stuff was dumbfounding 😭 even with all their accolades, their own country still couldn't fully acknowledge them, WHY 😭 The fight will always be an uphill battle indeed.. as our Boys enlist one by one, let's keep a strong faith, and just do our Tannies justice . Keep streaming, keep supporting and keep an open communication with BH and Armies . keep reporting those malicious content and Sasaeng accounts 👿 Lets all stand strong ARMYS !! We have walked the thorns with BTS since , and we will keep walking . As Yoongi said, "We are all climbing a mountain and ARMY is claiming BESIDE US. Lets Climb till the end. " HWAITING BTS! The Jungkook show still makes me angry. When we heard they were going to meet him again, ARMY was warning the man to watch himself. JK called him before the show to tell him he is ok with him (sweet JK). ARMY, on the other hand, arent so forgiving. They band together and bought ALL advert space for that show. The German host was attacked online by ARMY (I don't condone it, but there were d/threats). We bombarded the station to demand appology and called all the show sponsors. Sponsors started to pull out, and he lost his show and then eventually left the station. We fought, defended, and protected BTS every day. Like you said, it's exhausting, but we will keep doing it.

11:05 I hate that she cuts this part without letting you actually see what the issue was and why ppl were so sad about it for jungkook. It was him alone on this show without his hyungs and they didn’t just not accept the food he bought for them… but as they stood their saying it looked like leftovers and calling jungkook “weird” for bringing it… he kept asking them why they weren’t taking it and he was so excited about the size of the hamburgers and kept telling them so happily but the host’s ignored JK so he had to keep turning to the staff and camera crew to ask them why they weren’t taking it and explain that it was sincere. He kept trying to talk to the hosts but they completely ignored him standing there and finally handed them to him , called him weird and he was showing the camera the food bc he was so confused. His little face broke my heart… they put them to the side and went to sit and start the broadcast and they all sit at a long table facing the camera and JK kept trying to tell them he bought them sincerely and asking why they wouldn’t eat it… as they were about to shoot … he’s sitting there with them with a forced smile on his face and tears in his eyes…. Like he was holding back tears and def his feelings were hurt. The stuff online and that hate is bad enough… but watching him being treated like this in real-time was awful… Clip makes me mad every time .. but he doesn’t need our pity… but I just wish she explained it properly bc it was way more than she made it sound

BTS are truly good people because Im not sure I could be as gracious as they are to people who actively tried to ruin their careers. I hope one day I can nurture a forgiving heart that they possess. The fanwar stuff is poison encouraged and fed by the industry - I hate it. I dont understand why people choose to waste time on malicious campaigns and I wish ARMY wouldnt engage but I understand how hard it is to not get sucked in (edit: to clarify, a lot of ARMY engagement is in defence of BTS. It get twisted that ARMY is toxic simply because we defend the Boys) - I feel like the Tannies are trying particularly hard to foster good relationships with other groups, however fanbases want what BTS and ARMY have worked hard for. Nothing BTS has achieved has been easy nor have they taken the easy options. People say its cliche to say it BUT BTS has paved the way for the industry and deserve respect.

No wonder Armys are so protective over BTS. You cannot blame them for letting those haters or those with green malicious intentions, criticisms and discriminations have " A GOOD TASTE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE " by not spreading hate but by being strong, supportive and protective over the years with BTS that also created an UNBREAKABLE BOND with both artists and their fans that just grew bigger and deeper over time. I'm still a baby Army but I can understand as much. I also can't help but feel worked up after these revelations.

They have gotten more hate then anyone should ever have to experience and still they always show positive energi towards others. They deserve the succes more then anything. But one thing that is important to remember is that most of the K-Pop groups actually have much respect towards each other and a lot of members from different groups is really good friends. A lot of the drama becomes big because of fan wars unfortunately. No groups wants this to happen but it stil does because some fan would rather use their time on hate towards groups that their favorite group is competing with. Thankfully most fans think its fine to support more then one group and to spread positive energi. There will always be hate and a lot of people dont want to try to understand k-pop and BTS so its easier to hate on them unfortunately but Armys will always stand with BTS no matter what and support them both as a group and as solo artist. I look forward to having them back together in 2025. I love your sincere reactions and i look forward to the next one :)💜💜💜💜💜💜

Because she censored it out, I will say it openly here because it's still like this to this day like it was back then. Exo, NCT and Blackpink fans are the worst in hating on BTS and Army. They were and are the ones who are writing those things and starting the projects. I'm glad that she didn't dive into all the hate comments, especially those about Jimin. Jimin honestly gets the most hate. But unfortunately many Taekook shippers are no exception, when it comes to Jimin. I don't really know if I should tell you this about Jimin but maybe it's good to be prepared because it happens on a daily. Not pleasant info to hear but I don't want to run away from things that make BTS who they are today. I was really taken aback by 1st listen/watch as baby army. And u know the USA media do the same thing. They barely talk about BTS. They make u think oh this music is for young girls. This will not be my thing. But that is so wrong. I ignored BTS for years. 11:00 The full sequence of Jungkook on that show is much worse. The high-handed treatment was blatant & it was really clear that JK didn't understand why he was being snubbed. Plus, it went on FOREVER - they resumed filming a viewer voting segment & it was painfully awkward to watch JK (and another young guy), have to pretend they weren't being hazed by that arrogant ass. 31:00 Yes, there are artists who are granted exemptions from military service. However, it's an ongoing point of contention within South Korea. - The criteria for exemption is very high - e.g. athletes must win an Olympic gold medal (or one of a few alternatives), & musicians must win the equivalent at an international competition. This is why the bulk of musicians who've been exempted have been in the Classical field. - Many of the same people who opposed BTS getting exemptions are also against any exemptions for artists & athletes. The jingoistic militarism around mandatory service is as dominant force in Korea as anywhere else. I have a theory about BTS & military service - I'm sure I'll get blasted for it by some, but oh, well. Here goes: While it's true that BTS & Big Hit have never sought exemptions, I suspect very strongly that at least some of the members believed/hoped that if they won a Grammy, their chances of getting an exemption would have increased. I think this is at least part of why they seemingly invested so much effort & emotional energy into the two Pop Duo/Group nominations, even after they had enough experience to know that the Grammy Awards are as rigged as any other show. Certain BTS members have always walked a line of respect/adherence to Confucian rules & disdain/disagreement; S. Korea has an historical authoritarian tendency and it's pretty clear where the Rap Line stands on that [citations available]. Oh, and if anyone wants to know what Yoongi's opinion is, go back & listen to, "Adult Child."

@@sc33h3o3 This is what I wrote: "Many of the same people who opposed BTS getting exemptions are also against any exemptions for artists & athletes." I stand by the sentence & I'll even suggest that it isn't substantively different from what you wrote. If anything, I'd say that, "apparently the demographic of people that opposed exempting BTS were largely young males," is simply assigning a specific demographic to what I wrote. Under President Moon, BTS seemed on course to receive exemptions. Once the right-wing populist got elected, he & his government started using both mandatory service policy & BTS as political bargaining chips/propaganda tools (in addition to whatever pressure was and is going on behind closed doors). That explicitly includes whipping up nationalism & militarism and trying to turn the public against exemptions. Yes, men of enlistment age are more likely to oppose cultural merit exemptions in principle, as well as for BTS specifically.

I just think that they were being attacked for anything and everything! They were so badly treated by the K Pop industry that they had to make it big outside of S. Korea first. Fandoms, adults, basically the Korean and western industry, game show hosts treated these VERY young boys/adolescents. All of this, these young boys/adolescents had to deal with not only the industry,, fandoms globally, racism, so much more while working hard to make their dreams come true, dancing, sing, writing, producing, going to school to get their degrees and only still wanting to share positive music/songs for fans/ARMY!!! BTS went through hell at such a young age. I am completely amazed they made it as big as they did, with so many people around the world against them, industries trying to keep them down. I now understand why BTS is grateful to ARMY! BTS & ARMY have or still go through so much. ARMY has been attacked over and over again too, saying that ARMY is so toxic, but they say this while not thinking about what they did and still do to BTS & ARMY? BTS at press conferences also did their own speaking, on everything. The industry; Spotify, BBMA, Grammy's, KZfaq and other media are shameless in cheating BTS. The K Pop industry wanted nothing to do with BTS, but now that they're as big as they are, they claim BTS as K Pop. BTS are true artists, don't limit them to K Pop, but that's what the industry does. BTS truly HAD to pave their own way and they did, now K Pop copies a lot of what they do, when they would openly attack BTS saying they copy this and copy that. This really made me angry and mostly SAD, but I am forever grateful for ARMY that not only stood by BTS but uplifted them and continue to support BTS as a group and individually, ARMY you are the BEST!

Army were worried about v at the time as he was really quiet and closed in. It is because of this that he told army about his grandmother’s passing. It took him a while to even muster the strength to tell army and all the anti’s twisted it into hate comments. It shows that kpop is too competitive and I love the journey bts took and their success is more meaningful as a result.

The hate is still rampant and if you value your mental health you will limit the time you spend on Twitter. Since Jimin's release of his solo album, the hate has increased exponentially. There is a particular Taekook channel with 70K followers that has spent the last year defaming Jimin, hurling insults and referring to him only as Pigmin. On his channel you can find templates on how to send mass hate to Taehyung and Jungkook with instructions on how to make it look like its coming from Jimin's fan base. We have been reporting this channel forever and Twitter doesn't care apparently. Unfortunately, this is one of hundreds of hate channels on Twitter sending Jimin death threats and detailing supposed sex acts with Bang PD etc. The latest organized hate campaign against him is claiming that Jimin's voice is completely AI in the new OST for the new Fast & Furious movie coming, out all engineered by BigHit. Their evidence being his English pronunciation is too good and also just because Jimin is such a sh*tty vocalist. It's so disheartening. All we can do is not engage and continue to report. Other members also get hate too, not just Jimin but he seems to be getting the brunt of it lately. I just hope the members don't see too much of it because even Weverse is getting bad. ARMY...let's love each other and fully support every member!🥰💜

Speaking as a pretty hardcore feminist, those accusations were bullshit, not because 'Boy in luv' wasn't lowkey offensive to girls, but because there are tons of songs by huge bands and singers that are much worse in that regard... I mean our whole culture is like that and the idea that maybe looking down on women and seeing them as just pretty objects is wrong is still relatively new, especially if we're talking about Korea, a super patriarchal country which has only recently (historically speaking) been exposed to western liberal tendencies and stuff. Moreover, they were singing from the perspective of dumb teenage boys, of course that's exactly what they think and how they view romance - because the whole culture taught them to, and it's obvious from the MV that it's at least not completely serious, the video is literally so funny and exaggerated. And the fact that they reflect on these things means they care so much more than most artists, especially rappers, like do we even need to talk about sexism in western rap? Cause it's horrible if viewed from feminist perspective, and most people understand it regardless of whether they listen to this music or not. Anyway... that was a rant...

It's called 'JEALOUSY' I'm sure the lyrics were tame next to what the states put out. To me, nearly everything hurtful thing that was done or said about BTS was just out of jealousy.

I agree but what does the states have to do with this? Why does it always go back to one country in the west whenever ppl want to compare how bad something is? Especially when K-pop is completely influenced by r&b/pop and Hiphop.

this is the reason why BTS stays on top even the 1st gen and 2nd gen kpop idol havent match their success. so 3rd gen kpop idol fan so so jealous of of BTS success. they try to sabotage everything for BTS but GOD is GOOD and GREAT! God blesses those who are humble and grounded inspite of their great great success. Success makes so many people hate and envy you. I wish it wasn't that way 😐. Thats why i believe in KARMA! it do exist it just a matter of time. BTS Fighting!!!! BTS World Wide Legend!

I AGREE - Gabbsi - FAR TOO FORGIVING. As a 55 yr old West Indian Army Mom (and former Teacher with 30 plus yrs of exp) and Jung Kook being my bias (close in age to my son? So watched him grow up) it broke my heart to see not only the HOST but everyone around him, basically team up and make fun of his kind gesture. Celeste didn't add the rest but....Kookie sat down. Alone. Plastic bag in his hand. Puzzled/confused as to their reaction and was extremely hurt. To then see him 'hug' the same Host, yrs later (who has no problem kissing arse and ke-ke-keing) BECAUSE now BTS is No.1? Dear Host: Thank God Jk is not my son. I would've had a conversation 'up close n personal' - with your sorry arse, the nanosecond I heard of your pathetic attempt to humiliate him. Edit: Ask my son's High School principal who made the sad mistake of 'pushing him into a wall'. I strode into her office (stupid woman tried to claim 'She was just trying to give him a hug') as in the West Indies - many children have zero rights in our Culture - and quietly told her "If you EVER lay hands on my son (who is not a liar) in this lifetime or the next? I will have you arrested. Fired. Then lay the biggest lawsuit against the school, Ministry of Education and the entire Government - if needed". Apologies. Got a bit triggered but...'bullying' plus 'pack mentality' seems to be the 'norm' in S.Korean Schools - even today. Starting from Kindergarten, With little to no consequences. So why would the adults be any different? I said what I said and stand behind it 100%. Ps. There is an AMAZING in depth vid (sorry can't remember her name) released recently in here....breaking down EXACTLY why the US Music Industry are not only threatened by BTS but why they have never been granted their own Grammy. Army already knew this but...it was refreshing (and sad)....to see the lengths the 'Murican Musical Industry have gone through - to close ranks - and keep OUT BTS. The main point being? They have never or will ever...'make money off their backs'. So despite BTS being the No1 World wide and despite the fact that the US has zero 'Boy Bands'. They will never be accepted nor rewarded. Despite my plethora of American friends/family who I love dearly? There is a reason why your 'Corrupt American Music Industry' is the most hated and Xenophobic/Racist piece of crap...in the World. Jus' saying *shrug*......

Was it boracitys Video why the industry is afraid of bts? I agree with everything you say. I get very mad every time I see this video. For me it’s such a sweet and caring gesture to bring food, and it’s heartbreaking to see how they turned him down…I’m still Baby army (chapter 2/hobipalooza army), but I feel like I have to defend them and army like I would do it for my children. And I feel so bad for even beeing German because of this horrible racist radio host and his company…no accountability at all…this ignorance … I have no words

By the way, not sure if you know about what happened after Grammys 2022 (Butter) since you mentioned they came back. Hints: Mike Dean (arsehole) and Joe Budden (triple arsehole? or half bc he has no career?). Joon OF COURSE heard about it bc we were loud and even Billboard wrote articles about it. And he addressed it at their concerts in Las Vegas with now the famous sentence: "Let the haters hate and the lovers love" and "We didn't come here for the grammys, we came here for the armys". Summary: Apparently Mike Dean is a well known producer (mostly black rappers, Beyonce and such) around 60yo man. He lost his nomination against Jon Batiste. Either way he tweeted against BTS (who weren't even nominated in the same category) saying they weren't real artists. We came with proof they do write their own music. He dismissed all. He insulted people left and right ("you are stupid", "shut up, what do you know" etc). He summoned Kanye fans to literally harass army... A MESS. (oh he then came to say "my girlfriend has told me to apologize, I was mad at the situation, sorry")... Like a toddler tantrum hater 60yo man?? And he went further to say "I'm sure they are eager to knock on my door to work with me"... HA Joe Budden (allegedly a rapper with a podcast) repeatedly called BTS Chinese (he knows they aren't) and said that he doesn't care, that they are shit and he will not listen to their music... Then said it was his opinion on music... If he's never listened to it how can he form an opinion if it's not racially motivated??? (As the mf German guy)... Another mess for the magazines.

But when I see how BTS handles these things and still continue to be themselves and choose to be the bigger person by rising above, my faith gets restored. Jealousy in this industry is vindictive, the part about wearing makeup, Marilyn Manson a huge rock star does not go out of the house without makeup, if he does no one recognizes him ... I actually dont know any group that has received such hate and obstruction in the music industry, and the plagiarism accusations ... X Celeste makes amazing videos, and this is one that is uniquely infuriating. You were right in your guess about the other group, by the way. There are still malicious attacks from fans of different groups, and there always will be. The video doesn't even mention some of the things that have happened, or how RM bore the brunt of a lot of negative comments and attacks because he was the only one who understood the English posts. He took it and hid it from the boys. He's protected the members from as much as he could. BTS always takes the high road, but I confess that there are times I'm so very angry that I want to do something much less evolved.

30:56 don’t get me started on this… there are already exemptions for professional athletes, dancers and musicians…. And part of the requirements is global competitions they have to win in order to be exempt… but BTS should be exempt…. Not just bc of the music… the charts and stuff like that.. but all the things they’ve done with that power and their platform.. things only they have done or are doing… like being special envoy of the president of sk, granting them diplomatic passport which essentially makes them diplomats of sk, 3 UN speeches, built a community of fans that create over 5000 charities in their names around the world per year, are the youngest recipients of the order of cultural merit, were invited to the White House… not to perform music or even talk about music… but to be a part of new laws to help with hate crimes against Asians that had been on the rise…and BTS being used for the bid in a world competition for the world fair expo where each country and culture displayed the best of what they had to offer… and what was their bid? A free BTS concert lol it’s just crazy… they deserve to be exempted bc they already served their country during the pandemic in ways that no other group in the world even came close to doing. End rant and unpop opinion I know.

The weverse vs vlive discourse is so infuriating BTS chose to move to weverse & that impacted vlive. So vlive's parent company naver tried partnership with YG which Naver lose lot's of money Naver Finally decided to close vlive & invest in weverse. As vlive closed, they gave a full year's time to all the artists on the platform to backup the content they had on vlive. Which many kpop artists companies didn't do. So when vlive did close all that content was lost. And how did fans of those artists respond? Shit on bts obviously how else🤠 They called BTS & Bighit for monopolising & being capitalists HOW are BTS or even bighit the bad guys when all they did was chose their own platform over vlive Hell BTS was the reason vlive even got popular. In 2015 when vlive launched hardly any kpop idols were interested. It was BTS doing lives, Run BTS, bon voyage, BTS gayo & many more, that vlive was seen a potential by other kpop idols & companies

Luckily, my Timeline has just official stuff and some good army tweets, but there are many people bored with internet access and a rotten heart that thinks the "internet isn't real" so you can't hurt any feelings. For them, Ugh was written. I won't tell you what they call each member, but awful, demanding/praying that specific member leaves the team or even d!es (?), what you saw about Tae's grandma, insulting them bc in some photos they look cozy (remember that idols are supposed to be perfect every time, but ARMY doesn't want that, we have eyes and see a fine man when they are in front of us but we also see human beings that are honest with us and I personally love them no make up on and glasses ^^U too boyfriend-y for my heart).
