What I want is a "TANNIE NO!" option so that I can stop them from "helping" me for when I've spent several moves perfectly lining up powerups only to have them pop in and blow it up

Same! I know EXACTLY what you mean. You would think that after a year, HYBE would have fixed that coding glitch. I've been thinking about contacting the development team through the game and griping about that. The techs DO respond to you that way.

FYI, you can now change the chapter (island) in the middle of the game, without having to finish the island that you're currently working. So you can switch to the desert right now if you want. Use the "Move Island" option in the Today's Missions section of the game. 😁

I've learned that you get stuck whenever you don't "pay" the game. Use boosters or convert gems to gold, and then buy your freedom. Although I am not a professional gamer, right now I'm on level 3111. I have never spent real money on this game. (Sorry, HYBE.)😁
