Rm and suga are talked more as producers, cause they were making music before they joined as trainees. Hobi learned during, so Hope world is our first real taste of him as producer. So in the eyes of audience he was in position of catching up to Suga and Rm. But after Jack in the Box he really solidified himself as producer. His transformation during Busan live was astonishing he had this added layer of confidence of only one who did solo album, that just was palpable. He brings such agility and versatility to bts, he is that bridge that unites vocal and rap, cause his melodic rap takes from both worlds. Also he is composed one of the hypest BTS songs Dionysus. I think Suga or Rm during one of their lives or smth, said: Hobi made masterpiece.... I dearly love all three rappers and their styles, but I agree with you that Jhope albums are most relistenable on day to day basis, as soundtrack to keep your energy levels. People say: rm raps with brain, Suga with heart, Jhope with his body

I second SarahAgust's request. J-Hopes performance at Lollapalooza (in Chicago) was incredible. They say he was the highest selling artist at Lollapalooza ever!!! You will see ARMY showed up for him. He was born to be on stage!!!!
@ralphy3835 ай бұрын
You are totally right. HOBIs albums are the most relistenable out of all the music. I had both hope world and jack in the box on repeat for months and months. You never get tired. He has an incredible ear for production because of his origins in dance. The best example of hobi's genius is Piece of Peace. Its an extremely complex song production with beats from multiple genres meshed together. Noone but hobi could pull something like that off. Blue side is also a genius track. Its captures the innocent nostalgic spirit. I am hyped for hope on the street. Hobi never dissapoints. The man understands music with his bones. Also every army knows HangSang is THE JAM. You have to watch his live performance of it... armys were singing the lyrics bar for bar. The crowd was insane. Also whenever hobi composes tracks for bts, they all go hard. He is known for composing Dionysus, Dis-ease and for the beginning of mic drop. All bangers.

I totally agree!! I agree with every sentence! And an interesting observation is that jhope's music and dances are liked and leave an impression on those born in the 90s and older ☺️. Which is actually very interesting to notice! I realy wait new Jhope stuff!
Yass!! He added extra flavor for that performance 💜

Now you're stuck!😅 Jhope has so many iconic performances and songs with other bts members, the rap line has so many good songs.. What makes Jhope special is that his character is bright and chaotic but music and dance are his passion... And men he is good!!! And it shows every time you listen to him or watch his performances!! And it always sounds much much better when performed live!! By the way, he has written or written songs with a rap line for bts, which is one of my favorites (Beapsea, Dionysus ect) . Songs rap line: DDAENG, UGH, OUTRO:TEAR (MY APSOLUTE FAVORITE) Singles: BOY MEETS EVIL (BTS ALBUM WINGS), JAMAIS VU (Jin, Jungkook, Jhope).😊 And fanks for Jhope reaction!! 😊

Base Line (well all the other songs) went HAAAARD in his Lolla performance 😭😭 I watched the whole Lolla set like over 20 times.. The song went so hard there.. The live band and Jhopes charisma and rapping was just out of this world..

Hangsang is my fav of Hopeworld too! Hobi is so cool, I always want to move when I listen his music. His beats are a bit nostalgic, really inspired by OG Hip Hop. Yoongi is my bias, his music makes me cry or makes me want to kick butt. RM's music makes me think and contemplate. They are so different and that's great, I enjoy them all.

J-Hope and Suga’s albums are definitely two of my favorites, yet they evoke such contrasting emotions and feelings. And here’s why l like their albums Hobi's album is upbeat, bright, and mainstream. It's the kind of album that can lift your spirits wherever and whenever you listen to it, so I fell in love with it at first listen. His talent is not underrated!! His album received universal acclaim and love. All ARMYs adore his album and his performance a lott😍 On the other hand, Suga's album leans less on public appeal and more on expressing the emotions and stories he himself wants to express. Therefore, the production aligns with this, being less bright but deeper, darker and more personal compared to the other members. As such, it may not be music that appeal to everyone, nor is it the kind of music that l can casually listen to every day But his music deeply resonates with a more specific group of people, particularly those who are or have been going through tough times. Many have shared that his music provided them with deep comfort and solace during their hardest times and saved their lives. HIs music brings out so many emotions in a relatable and hopeful way. Since Suga himself has been through a lot more than most, from the very bottom to the top, the lyrics he writes and the solace he offers through his music feels so deep, genuine, relatable, and deeply comforting than any other song. His music provides comfort to those going through difficult times, reminding them that they are not alone and that there is someone out there who understands their struggles and fights alongside them. Seeing him overcome his own struggles gives them the strength to rise again. This is the power and beauty of Suga's music that makes me appreciate his albums so much. l too, have had experienced this. When I was going through a really tough time, hIs music helped me find the strength to stand up and face life again. Since then, his albums have held a special place in my heart. People often say RM is the brain of BTS, J-Hope is the body, and Suga is the heart, and I think that's very fitting. While J-Hope gets us physically engaged and grooving energetically to the rhythm, Suga, on the contrary, touches deep into our souls and offers healing. This is why our seven boys are so distinct yet harmonious!! Even though I've mentioned that these two members' albums are my favorites, I also listen to the other members' albums frequently. Each member's album has its own unique vibe and they all fit in certain moods. All the members have done a great job of expressing the direction and feelings they wanted to convey in their music, so I don't compare their albums. Ultimately, it's more about the direction and feeling they chose to express, and it mostly comes down to the listener's personal taste!

I wouldn't say Hobi's music is underrated, like he is the most followed Korean soloist in Spotify before Taehyung surpassed him recently and his verses in most of BTS' songs are always a fan favorite. There's also this phenomenon in the fandom that if you watch a BTS concert live, you will leave the venue bias wrecked by Hobi

Hobi is amazing and insanely talented! His flow, his cadence, the groove he creates is truly unique. Hopeworld was such a perfect presentation of all that. And he really outdid and challenged himself with Jack in the Box. Showing an entirely different side of himself while widening his horizons as an artist. I think the reason hes not as mentioned as Suga in terms of producing is because Suga does more of it and has always been the one obsessed with beat making from the start. Hobis production credits are mostly seen in Hopeworld and you can tell hes got a different flavor. While in Jack in the box, the producers are all mainly foreign producers with Hobi doing the composition and lyrics. He was involved from start to finish with Jack in the Box but the beats, great as they are, werent made by him perse but more chosen by him I think.

Ok first, in BTS people often have biases at first and as u get to know them better more people can become your bias. And even if u don't bias other people there can always be albums or specific songs from other members that u just love. Hope World is one of my fav albums ever and back when Daydream and Airplane came out (soon 6 years), everbody in the fandom loved it and vibed to it nonstop. Funny that u mentioned it cuz Astronaut came out more recently but as alwaysBTS giving us hints without us even knowing so Astronaut in the mv could've been a spoiler fr. Also since Hope world came out longer ago, I want u to know u still haven't reacted to RMs and Sugas other albums/mixtapes, that came out longer ago and have a different vibe too.
