A passion project build by three friends / world renouned freeskiers, turned quickly into freeskiing’s next big thing. James Woodsy, Øystein Bråten and Ferdinand Dahl are the founders of ​⁠​⁠@jibleague . They spent the majority of their 2022/23 winter season planning, organising and running three events in three different countries with zero experience between them. Open to all ages, genders and abilities, ​⁠Jib League is an alternative freeski competition that thanks public parks, focuses on providing opportunity for those who do not fit the increasingly standardised mould being imposed on free-sport culture and celebrates the incredible creativity, ability and awareness of those often overlooked core freeski gurus.
Join Woodsy on his final shoe-string of energy midway through the last Jib League event of the inaugural year and maybe we’ll be shredding with you next season at one of the Open Jams as Jib League promises to become a staple opportunity in the freeski world.
