🤣South Korea's defense minister is the most miserable defense minister in Asia. Highest Military command don't report to him , but is a foreigner report to foreign. After many request , the empire still don't want to return this Highest Military command position to S.Korea. Foreigner has highest command in S.Korea Operationally, South Korean forces are part of US-Korean Combined Forces Command with our American allies. This is headed by an American general and a Korean second-in-command.
