Knox I can't tell you how happy your breakdowns make me. I wish you nothing but success with your own music and projects, and you are cemented for me as the absolute 🐐. I'm so happy you're still doing BTS too, most times reactors make promises but it's really all for views (which I understand to an extent but it is also a two-way street), and then once they move into the lesser known songs or really deep dive, they give up because the numbers aren't as big as the official mvs. But the strength in ARMY lies loyalty and fierce support; we're the type that will ride out to the end if we believe in someone and their own creative passion. I hope that makes sense, but basically you're one of the good ones! Thank you for being real and for working so hard 💜

There's an interview with the guys who participated in composing this song on Genius Korea: "[INTERVIEW] Producer duo ARCADES talks "Stay Alive" and working with BTS, TXT, and ENHYPEN". A very insightful look at how songs are put together in Big Hit. Suga wrote the lyrics to this song, based on the story of the webtoon. He also produced the song. His lyrics and production, combined with JK's vocals, are out of this world.

Cheers bro! Jungkook has such a versatile range and addictive sound quality. This song really comes into its own in full so if you wanted to do the longer version, I think you’d appreciate that. So the lyrics go with a section of the Webtoon story and the song plays as you read - it adds to the emotion of the scene definitely (written by Suga so would definitely think the mental health aspect is in there). And the anime clips are taken from the story too. You’re right that it’s a character for each member. Chakho is inspired by Josean Dynasty tiger-hunters, the members character’s are bound by fate and avenge their loved ones by hunting these monsters together. They release an episode weekly on the app. Keeping things crossed for a full anime series lol! Have a great week Knox ✊

Since the song dropped, I have been listening to it non-stop and I am not getting tired of it yet. When it comes to Jungkook and his incredible voice, you could give the man an IKEA shelf assembly manual to sing, and he would still make it sound divine. His talent is something else. Suga and his production skills have grown to make him a world class player now, and I couldn´t be more proud of him. This was not the full song btw, it was a shortened version of it for their Webtoon promo :-)

Yeah really recommend reading their WEBTOON Chakho coz it’s just beautifully drawn!! And every bts member has his own character so if you’ll decide to read it watch the intro videos to their characters first on their official KZfaq channel, so you understand what’s going on in the story.

Honestly, the more I listen to this the better it gets. JK sounds sensational! I think the full song really gives a better picture of the sound, production and story. I would love to hear your comments on that next time 🙂 There are lyric vids but like someone below said, avoid Lemoring and Jaeguchi…always 😂💜 Thank you Knox!

Please do the full version. Since this was a promotional video for their New Storyline that is gonna take over the BU as far as I know... So far the storyline has started as a webtoon and Wattpad story. But the song has so much more for the full version... So please react to the full version you'll love it more! The full version of this song is sooooo beautiful! Really think you’d enjoy it and to hear more of the production too. I’m sure others have explained Chakho to you but the anime clips are taken from the Webtoon drawings (exceptional artwork), and there are other official videos that talk about the story and explain each member’s characters. Suga wrote the lyrics for this too as it relates to the story. Thanks dude!

So this song is the soundtrack for one of the Webtoon episodes, the lyrics match to what’s happening in the story so you might enjoy reading that, it’s free - you just need the app. There is a full version of this song too which is 💯 worth checking out, it’s gorgeous 💜 In the Chakho the members are tiger/monster hunters (Beom) It’s really good! Knox, the appreciation you have for musical skill sets you apart from a lot of other reactors. Loved the breakdown. PLEASE react to Mammamoo. Their "Dingo Killing Voices" video is them doing a Medley of their biggest hits. They are, hands down the best vocalists in kpop. And the rapper Moonbyul, got BARS that she writes her self. Each member got killer solo joints as well.

Hi, I am back. Good reaction, ty. Love this OST so much. This was released with ch.4 of the 7 Fates Chakho webtoon(comic). Glad u watched the webtoon video too. It's so cool. The ache oh my gosh. If u read the chap. and heard this song u would tear up or be crying. It was a real emotional part of the story. So glad u loved it like I did. Suga's background melody was top notch. Loved the Asian elements. Lots of fav parts in this one. It's my 2nd fav song now after Your Eyes Tell which is also an OST ha! I loved the scotch snap rhythm. It's is brilliant. So catchy. If you don’t own a pair of good earbuds or headphones, you’re selling yourself short. Do yourself a favor and invest in a good pair. This song sounds so amazing when you play it with good quality listening equipment and zero distractions. Just close your eyes and treat your ears to some yum yums. You’re the best Knox! I loved your observation on the lyrics, I hadn’t thought about those aspects being at play too. Definitely mental health (especially as Suga wrote the lyrics). I think the relationship aspect relates to the characters avenging their loved ones in the story. The story is on Webtoon if you wanted to read it and there is also a full version of the song 💜🙌

It's like an alternative universe, and the members got animated into the webtoon Chakho , it's also a story on wattpad. There is also one for TXT and Enhyphen. The animated parts are used as promotional images up til now. It could be part of the new chapter in the story line (same book, new chapter) but is to early to tell. In the soop it was suggested that the book “the midnight library “ has also to do something with it. The is about alternative lives, live choices, fate, identity etc.

This is their OST for their new webtoon 7fates: Chako. 6 episodes are already up on webtoon app. Such an interesting story though, you can read 6 episodes in one sitting :D You'll have a better idea about this MV and the whole story after reading the webtoon.

And brilliant analysis as ever. I feel like people under-estimate the work that goes into using lots of different vocal styles in one song. Just because someone isn't constantly belting doesn't mean they aren't being technical. JK has a real talent for mixing and moving effortlessly into his head voice, it's very impressive, and his cadence is so easy on the ears so it just sounds heavenly. It's even better in the full song though if you'd like to check that out next. Thank you.

Thanks for the great reaction 🙏 I liked your song in the beginning, will listen to some of your songs. JK gave us a great emotional delivery. Yes, his range is crazy. He used to rap in the beginning after BTS debut in addition to singing. Suga nailed the production. Suga has been producing songs for a long time, not just for BTS. He won some awards as a producer.
