That looks pretty tasty LookCatchu! It's Bertrumrumrum's birthday today and I've made some croissants! Added a bit of coffee in the mix as an experiment, and spread plum butter jam on top with sour cream which was pretty yummy. If you could teleport your noodle dish over later, I'd love to try it. You and MIku are most welcome too if you have enough fuel rods ⚡😀🎈♥

I love buckwheat noodles! I’ve never tried Korean style I always get the soba. What’s the difference?

Korean buckwheat noodles have tapioca starch and wheat flour added! So it’s more chewy. Japanese buckwheat are also thicker and only have wheat flour added! Thank you for the question figgy!

Hi Lisa. If you enjoy soba noodles then go ahead and use it! Tapioca starch is added to Korean buckwheat noodles so it’s chewier. If you want exactly what Jungkook made then I recommend finding Korean buckwheat.
