He auditioned (Jin) to be an actor but ended up as a singer, same way Suga auditioned to be a producer but because most of the original rap group didn't want to be idols he ended up in the group. RM rapping wasn't an audition he was singing the song Big hit used to invite trainees to the 'big hit second audition'.

Every one saying jin was selected for his handsome face yes he might have been but he remained in the group because he worked his butt off developing himself he dances well and sings exponentially well now because of his hard work... And yes all members of BTs must have been selected for particular talents... But they all had worked tirelessly to become the overall package... Their perciverance is really admirable

Imagine being chosen with 5-6 strangers and then being taken away from family to start training at such a young age. They truly earned everything they’ve accomplished. All they went through in a completely foreign place. How scary it must have been, especially for our maknae. Bang Ssi Hyuk is a genius. I‘m so thankful he had the insight to put together such an iconic group. What an awesome & epic gift to the universe. 💜💕❤️🙏🌈💜💕❤️🙏🌈

Haters bullied him about his fat cheeks. But it didn't matter because he was already an A student, head of his classes all thru school, class president and Valedictorian in high school, the only one who ever got a perfect score on a hard math test, aced all chemistry tests, excelled in martial arts and black belt, majored in arts and dance for years. He had nothing to be ashamed of but he was still insecure about his appearance. But as he grew up and matured, he transformed into the gorgeous cute amazing singer and dancer that he is and the #1 K-pop idol in the world. Take that, haters.

Although there is no one to support me , but I believe in myself that one day I will be able to fulfill my dream. And , somewhere I had left the Hope but when I started looking to BTS , I thought I will dream it until I change it to reality 💜

I remember New Kids on the Block during their heydays. If there were social media back then, they might hv done more than what they did before. They also hv global fans. Apparently, they don't hv a leader like Namjoon. So after getting tired of their routines and fighting within themselves, they disbanded. They had a comeback in the US the recent years, and their charm and aura are still there, mesmerizing even the younger generations inspite of their ages (40s). I hope that BTS have the same magic to their fans when they decide to hv a comeback after turning old.

jin was actually approached thrice by hybe to audition.jin rejected twice saying he was a acting major and didnot want to join a singing band.he accepted the offer to audition after he was requested for the third time and after his friend told him to go for it . the first time when hybe contacted jin he was walking on the streets with his friends.

JK’s family was poor so he at a very young age came to Seoul! probably at 13. He took part in a show and was outstanding. Many companies contacted him but he went to BH for Namjoon. He almost left seoul because of the pressure but said jin was the one who made him stay by making him feel at ease

And Jin became his "dad" at BTS and took good care of him. Jin still calls the other members the "kids" and feels responsible for them. He is the leader as much as RM is. Now JK is the #1 trend on all social media since Butter was released. He earned it. His performance in the Butter was just amazing and perfect. Best dancing yet from him. You did a good job, Jin. You "raised" a winner.
