Glad you liked the cover! They actually don’t take long deciding who sings what part or who harmonizes with whom, since they all can sing. They had to make really quick decisions when they did the collaboration with Coldplay (You could see the longer version of behind the scenes making of the song and recording with Chris Martin visiting them in Korea). They also did a fantastic job of covering the song I’ll be Missing You. This is the cover that enraged the German host to go on a racist rant. When Coldplay went on the german show, they answered him by they kept praising BTS answering all his jibes by affirming how much Coldplay liked BTS as artists, how hard they worked and though comparably new compared to Colplay they had a bigger discography. Cold play have 2 colaborations with BTS after this. They tell everybody what great talented people they are. I often wish they would use the rappers low harmonies more.

You asked what Coldplay's reaction was : Within moments of this coming out they had Tweeted one word "Beautiful". And as far as iI know Coldplay do not allow other groups to cover their songs, so this was innovative. Since then they have become 'brothers from another mother' with of course the Collaboration "My Universe", and Jin working with Coldplay on a single before entering the ARMY. He flew to Argentina (60 hour hound trip for one day) to sing with them in concert. Everyone was incredibly lovely and welcoming to him. It was the first time he had done anything without his 6 members, and he was very nervous, but all the members of Coldplay and their staff and their fans were so supportive and looked after him so wonderfully. Coldplay fans are now, I think considered 'sister' ARMYs because of how beautiful they were that night. I may have misunderstood one of your comments. You seemed to suggest that BTS don;t harmonise, they have one person singing - in they all sing/perform, and they have always harmonised, but it is not a blanket practice. They employ harmony for effect and emphasis. And I really don't think they have any difficulty allocating lines between voices. When Colplay flew to Korea to record My Universe, they had either one (or at most two) days, and decisions about who for which line were made in approximately two seconds. Ever since then, they have been incredibly close. You could explode a tonne of dynamite and an army of pickaxes and dig a whole-ass mine, and would still find no ego, and no competition between them. Sure, there is admiration and sometimes a feeling that "I" am not as good as I need to be, but there is no envy.

Coldplay and bts became great.friends, a lot of armys were amd are Coldplay fans, and we have most precious relationship with coldplay fans now as well. Also, Chris Martin (coldplay frontman) and Coldplay wrote song for Jin - Astronaut (Jin wrote korean lyrics for it) and they have most precious live performance together in Argentina before Jon enlosted for his mamdatory military service
