this mv felt like a mix of Charlie Kaufman films, Being John Malkovich, tyler the creator aesthetic, dont hug me im scared existentialism, and like 60's-70's kitsche decor. it's such a cool concept and it's like literally going in RM's mind and his vulnerabilities w the lyrics but still having optimism at the end. I think those other people are like parts of his psyche? and the talk show is kind of a parody of the whole entertainment business, press tour where celebs usually have to mask their inner turmoil for the camera
