Even though the boys weren't given much light in mama 2015, it was this award show that got me into bts, surprisingly enough haha. Namjoon's pink hair caught my eye, I thought, wow he looked cool. Then I saw their 'run' stage and thought, wow they ARE cool. MAMA 2015 wasn't the greatest for bts, but it holds a special meaning to me, and i know for sure that they are going to set mama 2016 on fire, and also the next mamas to come. Honestly I only stanned big bang at that time, and i watched mama just to see them. I always come back to this performance to relive the moment of meeting bts for the first time. I really look forward to this year's, I hope it won't disappoint, and i hope to see my boys as happy as they were in mma 2016. Fighting army and bts! Keep voting!

I think MAMA 2015 was the first korean award show I've watched, even if I became a fan of some other kpop groups in early 2014, and one of the main reasons I decided to watch it was bc of BTS ( i became a fan of them in May 2015). Back then the fanchants weren't loud compared to other artist, and I felt kind of bad for them and a little jealous for those other grups who had so many fans screaming to show their support. But look at them now! They're the biggest boy group in the world, breaking records everywhere, loved by the Korean GP and with millions of fans around the world. I'm so proud of how much they've grown, and I know that ARMYs will keep working hard to make them even bigger, more recognized and more respected in the music industry , bc let's be honest, 2017 was just the beginning, I know we can take the boys even higher. I hope he'll find the drive and the passion to dance and feel like this again, cause this year has been so tough on him and I know he did his best, but I could feel that his heart and soul were not ok.
