RM said in an interview (I think during indigo era but I might be misremembering) that if he could pick one person to spend a final afternoon with who would he pick he says “Suga we still have so much to talk about”. RM is like Sugas younger beloved sometimes bratty brother. The two seriously lifted BTS as the two musical pillars in the earliest days (soon joined by Jhope). RM leads in front Suga pushes them from behind and is their ambition (words the others have said). My deep respect for both as artists and humans is enormous. I could listen to them talk to each other for hours.

I don't think they've ever mentioned having an argument because of a difference of opinion in music. most of the fights that they've talked about have been about either food or living situations, just like roommates lmaoo

I get why you may feel. Yoongi really likes this type of stuff. He wanted the show to progress, so it was changed up after the 1st few episodes. He had some really prominent guests, in addition to his boys. There are some really fun episodes. In comparison to other Korean shows, Yoongi did an amazing job for Season 1 of Suchwita 💜.

I love Suchwita. Suga was always comfortable with BTS but he becomes really really good at interviewing even people he does not personally know. He has people asking to come on his show.

The members will come back all about the same time (June 2025). Only Jin and JHope will be out earlier. RM planned to join the military at about the same time as JHope but delayed it and he mentioned several times that he is working on something before he joined. He even performed an unreleased song at Sugas concert last August. So I think lots of songs are already done and waiting for the release.

RM has really worked with Industry venerables most who are known to dislike collaborations with new people. Both the renowned ERYKAH BADU and then YOUJEEN in Wildflower were a huge shock for other musicians. Youjeen explains why she chose to work with RM on RM INDIGO MAGAZINE DOCUMENTARY. His choice of collaborations is exquisite. INDIGO is a future cult classic that deserves to be listened to from start to finish. That how CHANGE literally made me snort in surprise and delight.. So I added it to my carefully curated cd collection.

So no 4 years were not the longest years of rms life. He did so much in those years. He made the masterpieces in the BE album wrote for PROOF. BTS have incredible songs. Its not a waste of time.

RM and SUGA's conversations are on a whole other level. This was the pilot episode, so the episodes after this had a different setup. SUGA matches the energy of the guest and let's them lead the show rather than having a strict formula to follow. This makes them more comfortable and allows them to open up more and talk more about the things they want to talk about than they usually would. In turn we get different sides of SUGA as well. He is usually very reserved so this was a treat! The karaoke was just for JK because he loves it. You'll see more of how the BTS members work together and their different dynamics in more episodes.

That quote abt most things being dead around you literally blew my mind too. RM is so smart and well read (from philosophers, to psycologists, to poets), you should watch "RM ‘All Day (with 김남준)’ Part 1 & 2" (which follows RM on a regular day) to see just how many books and art he has in his house. He has been the main songwriter for BTS since debut, and his lyrics never disappoint, he has written some of the most beautiful and touching songs I've ever listened to. He has helped the members write songs countless times, for example in Jimin's solo album, RM is credited as a song writer on multiple songs, RM helped V write his own first solo song outside of BTS's group discography. He's such a caring and inteligent person, I know ppl talk a lot abt his impressive IQ scores, but to me it's his ability to also show huge amounts of EQ throughout his entire life as the leader of BTS that makes him so special. RM and probably Jhope had started working on music for their solo albums around 2018-2019 because the group was originally scheduled to take the break for the military and do their solo albums starting at the end of 2020 (V was working on music too and kept teasing some of it to ARMY but in the end he did not write any of the songs on his album). The pandemic and a law being passed that got them a postponement of when they had to start going into the military put the break off until 2022. Instead they continued on during the pandemic with the album BE and the songs Dynamite, Butter, and Permission to Dance as well as doing performances and online concerts, etc. Jhope's album was the first solo album released in July 2022.

Having fun watching it with you, it feels like I am watching it with a friend 💜 I also recommend "The Rise of Bangtan" - an army made documentary series that followed the growth of BTS with some context on the Korean culture - such an eye opener! The members have always said that the grp is their #1 priority so I think you are misinterpreting what RM said about his solo work…you have to remember that BTS plans things 2-3 years in advance chapter 2 was supposed to happen in 2020-2021 but the pandemic put it on hold and they decided to focus on ARMY and making sure we were taken care of, ARMY and BTS always comes first and each member has expressed that time and time again.

One thing I know is you don’t know heartache till you witness the concert being cancelled because of Covid AND not being able to see them until years later. Covid was so hard , not only because of what everyone was going through but because you didn’t feel like it was going to end. And the fact that these guys did everything in their power to give us hope and help us cope through it all. Some of the roughest years some of us ARMYS went through. I still feel empty and paranoid of those times. It’s crazy how it affected people. This interview was my favorite because then being the first two members, they’ve gone through sht and seen some thangs no one else has. Aside from all the other members, these two have my heart the most 😭🥲💜

Not sure how prolific the other guys are, but I did see a clip of Joon and Yoongi where Joon says that Yoongi writes a song per day and then Yoongi says not every day, but most days. I think he said about 200 per year. That is a hell of a lotta songs!

It's cool how much you appreciated RM's idea around life being the rarer thing in the world when most of the things that surrounds humans are dead. I remember finding that so impactful too. He really earned the nickname The Philosopher. The way he looks at the world is so interesting and beautiful. His music reflects that really well. I could listen to him talk for forever. I don't know if you realize this....but BTS lived together for 10 years. The lease on their last house was up in 2022 and after that they got their own places.

They work so hard to provide quality content at every turn. As fans we see their success as well as glimpses of what got them there, but they lived every moment of it from the hard times to the good. It's beautiful to see them have so much pride in what they have done as a group and as individuals. It makes me look on my life to find those victories to be proud of, and I feel better overall.

There was never competition between the rappers; they were defending the group. Also consider that RM & SUGA mentored JHope on Rap until he developed his individual style. SUGA is Still using lines in his songs that RM said ages ago. RM put the members in his first mixtape. JHope thinks everything he does needs to be 100% quality because he cannot embarrass the Group. They brag about the Team in their songs. It's just how BTS is. "The team comes first". 💜 👑 💜

RM is dropping his new album (or project??) any day now. That’s what I and lots of ARMY believe anyway. After recently deleting almost all his Instagram posts, he started posting pics the past couple of days again on his own and 2nd Instagram of him recording in the studio so it is imminent!! He literally said just days before going into the military that he finally finished recording. We just don’t know if it is another solo album, collab with some guys from Balming Tiger or what. He has/had lots of pictures with him and San Yawn, leader, & producer of Balming Tiger working, so something is up!! Can’t wait! 💜

And I'm soo excited to hear that you will watch all Suchwita episodes with the rest of the BTS members. You are right that Namjoon comes back again, but this time the roles are reversed and he interviews Yoongi (aka AGUST D). Also, FYI, Jungkook also comes back again (this time to promote his album 'Golden') and there is also another extra clip from Jungkook's episode that is just him singing hahaha. The only reason Jungkook had a karaoke at his episode is because he lovesss singing and is always singing everywhere, so Yoongi specifially got that for Jungkook :) I know I'm biased, but they really are the most incredible artist but also humans, and all 7 have such a loving precious relationship. That's why when you mentioned that it must have been really difficult for Namjoon (RM) to put his solo project on "hold" whilst also doing group work, I think its important to note that all 7 of the guys have mentioned that the team/ group/ working as 7 always comes first. They are not selfish. They always put the team ahead of their personal needs, which is sooo admirable and just shows how much they love and respect one another and what they do. Having said this, they are each others number one supporter. So when the guys do release solo projects/ music/ content, they are the first ones to cheer and support each other on. Namjoon (and the others) have done lots of other solo projects whilst simultaneously doing group projects, but this time in Chapter 2 is especially unique because they can focus on just their individual projects and gives them time to explore their artistry and grow, until they reunite again in 2025 again. But, we know that even when they are back as a group, even though that will be their main focus, they will also take time to still do their individual projects which is very exciting and we will always support all 7 :)

Would definitely suggest watching all the other episodes after you go through and watch the ones with the members. I've found all the interviews fascinating even when I had no clue who the people were. A lot of them have influenced Yoongi in some way and watching him fanboy is a delight!

I love that you’re reacting to this kind of content. I mean, their music is great, but getting to know them as people and artists is different, because they’re really good at breaking that celebrity status while addressing their audience. I believe you’d also enjoy their wv live streams at some point. You got these extraordinary talented people in the art they put out, the fun family on the behind the scenes, a somehow professional aura for suchwita and then the real 1:1 conventions and personalities when it comes to their talks to army. That's RM on his bicylce with his little dog in the front basket I was shocked when I saw it as how he got his dog to sit in it is beyond me pluse I'd be so worried little doggy would fall out or jump out whenever he had to stop. I tried it years ago with my smaller of my two Jack Russell Terrier dogs but he jumped out as soon as I stopped cycling. Never dared to try it again in case he jumped out and got hit by a car.

They are really used to work in a couple of projects at a time since predebut...it's routine for them really. I've realised that with J-hope's docuseries (because it was filmes at the same time he was recordings JITB) and he said it was after their 2022 promotions. Their work ethics is smth else (to me admirable)

The whole Indigo album is great! But you should watch the documentary first where he explains his inspiration for every song and where all of the artists featured on his album talk about their collaboration. It's called Indigo Film Magazine. It's on the Bangtantv KZfaq chanel. There's also some other content regarding to his album. You should watch the concert he did at the Rolling Hall in Seoul. It was a free concert in a small historic venue for only 200 people. It was the best!

After Indigo, RM has probably done another album. With one song collabing with Pharrell. He was supposed to enlist around the time Jhope enlisted, but I think he got hit by inspiration and decided to delay his enlistment to finish his album. Just today he’s been posting himself in the studio before enlisting on his IG. Maybe his new album will be dropping soon. He also mentioned that he’s been working on music for jin so that Jin has music waiting for him when he’s done his service. And I believe it’s official now that they’re working on a 10year anniversary album for the most beautiful moment in life album for when they return from military service Something about RM a casual listener would not understand is how deep, intellectual, and introspective he is. When you listen to this man talk, something happens in your brain. Like sparks go off and you suddenly question life, yourself, and you have a sudden urgency to want to do better. This man is truly inspirational and super under rated. That is why he is our President and the leader of BTS even though he’s 4th oldest in the group. He is wise beyond his years.

Soju is a Korean liquor. That's the only one I know of. Also, the only reason JK had 11 songs on his album, is because of Seven, one was the clean version, and one was the explicit version. So he really had 10 songs. BTS have or had a deal with Coca Cola. There are commercials. They promote coke products. You know how J-Hope always says, "I love hamburgers, and SPRITE". He wouldn't do that unless they are sponsored by them. It's actually become a j hope meme. South Korea has McDonalds, Panda Express, Coke products. They are highly influenced by the Western Market. Remember that we are stationed over in South Korea. We have Military there. They are USA allies. Indigo can be like a deep dark blue to shades of a lighter purple. Just like with any color, there are many shades of INDIGO. I found this definition. *Is indigo a purple or blue color?* Indigo is a rich color between blue and violet on the visible spectrum, it's a dark purplish blue. Dark denim is indigo as is Indigo dye. It's a cool, deep color and also a natural one. True Indigo dye is extracted from tropical plants as a fermented leaf solution and mixed with lye, pressed into cakes and powdered RM already has songs ready to release. I think after J-Hope's album, we will get an RM album and maybe a JIMIN album. They prepared a lot before they left. And JK is the only one that did Karaoke. RM comes back to interview SUGA for his promotions. They call it R-chwita, on that episode. JIN will be back 1 day before their 11 year anniversary, June 12, 2024. And J-Hope will be back on October 17, 2024. Then all the rest of them will be back in June of 2025.

Great video Martin, i love how invested you are in them. They truly are legends and have been studied and will be studied by many in the future. These Suchwita episodes have provided us with a lot of information shared by the members even OG Armys did not know about. Suggestion on which Korean alcohol to try. I suggest you try Soju. It comes in different flavors or you can try the 'fresh' one (no flavor). I do mix the nonflavored with the flavored one so its not too sweet. This drink is very smooth. I think you will like it.

Jk had 10 songs we don't count the other version of Seven as a new song. =0p And it's 10 songs because 10 yrs they been at this. Special number. They do argue and talk about it. Their communication skills are really high. They all have different opinions. They give up a lot for the sake of the team. Not sure if u heard Outro; Tear. It's a rapline song. It's really passionate and emotional and its about their breakup in 2018. This never occurred thank god but they were so freaking close. They talk about it briefly at the 2018 awards speeches. U misunderstood. it took him 4 yrs to finish the songs on the album. Then he worked on MVs and pro to release the album during their solo work. During BTS both Suga and RM created 2 mixtapes each. They are not exactly like albums but sometimes they call them albums even though they not. JK's album was all made by USA producers they gave him songs and he chose the ones he liked. JK actually could not finish his album on his own. He is a perfectionist so it might be awhile before we get an album from him that he actually wrote. Indigo is blue. Always been blue. Unfortunately, non of what they drink are available in any market, here. Went into a "Delicatessen" store and they only have Sake...it of course was expensive USD 51 about 180ml 🤌👀 There are a few asían places and a couple of Korean places where you can access to soju but only the brand they decide. Exports and Imports here are really slow because we are a small country. That's why the ones who can travel and purchase most of things abroad, do so 😢

lmao your mixup in the beginning where you thought JK might be the one who rides a bike with his dog in the basket... oh my god the mental image...😂😂🤣 See, JK's dog "Bam" (which means "night" in korean) is a giant freaking doberman. 😂 He's the sweetest, most well-behaved big baby, probably because he spends time in a fancy training/boarding facility whenever JK travels, which is... a lot. Bam occasionally appears on BTS content and on JK's livestreams that he does from home. JK adores and completely dotes on that dog. And it's worth noting that Bam's ears and tail are all natural--JK chose not to crop or dock them like many doberman owners do. ALSO... the bicycle rider is RM. Jungkook... well. We can't be 100% sure because there aren't any pictures or video out there (that I know of), but we're pretty convinced he has a motorcycle. There have been obvious signs like... motorcycle helmets sitting in the background of photos, or times he has been spotted out and about wearing riding leathers. Maybe someday after military, he'll confirm and show us.

In my coutry 18 years old is kegal age to drink, vote and drive, before 18 you can't do any of it legally. And must popular alcohol is 40% here. Beer are between 3,5-11%, we have 0% beers too, and all alkohol "free" things...

BTS didnt get in the way. the group always puts BTS first because technically they are a group not solo artisits. but they also know some music they want to do did not fit bts music at that time. plus since our rappers especially RM and Suga write and have input in all BTS songs .
