his voice is his trademark...no one else have his voice, texture, silkness and sexyness in the voice...is such a unique voice, I also LOVE it, can't wait until the song is released and V again will smash every chart in the world (that is for sure) btw I also agree that his english is getting better and better :)

You seem surprised that he sang in english. He has been writing in english. Winterbear, Sweet night and Blue and Grey was originally in english. Anyway V has always had the best songs. 4 o'clock, Scenery. He just has talent for song writing. I can't wait for him to drop his mixtape.

Yes, he said he it was just the vibe of the moment. We can only hope he can be persuaded to change his mind ~ he did play his solo version of Blue and Grey in the first season of ‘In the Soop’, and that was on the album, and became the most popular B side ever in kpop. I wonder if this another situation like the song he had written to perform with Jimin, but the producers said it wasn’t ‘suitable’ for two men to sing, so Taehyung pulled it as he wasn’t going to be told who he can sing with. Hearing Taehyung sing along to this after the Vlive of Taehyung, JK and Jimin, where Taehyung teased JK about releasing the song he had asked JK to sing on, it feels like deja vu. JK looked shocked that Taehyung brought it up. It feels like Taehyung is again making public, in defiance of BH, that there’s a song he’s been told he can’t record with another member. I hope not ~ but if so, I’m pleased Taehyung is still defying BH when they try to control him. Taehyung will always speak his mind when he wants.

He has strong character voice, he can’t copy singers, also no one can copy V voice. The most character on BTS is V and Jimin, but V has Individual Character.

This song is absolutely gorgeous. If I’m not mistaken, though, I don’t think we’ll see a full release based on what Tae said on Weverse about not letting us have a preview of the songs he plans to release. This sounds like he won’t release this one since he gave us over a minute of this song. I really hope I’m wrong cuz it’s just so beautiful, just like our Tae. Tae’s voice is my absolute favorite. I love his unique sound, soul and raw emotion. Yes, there are better technical singers out there (Dimash, the best singer to have ever lived from a technical perspective). But when I hear Tae’s emotion and his gorgeous tone, nobody even compares to him in my eyes. When this man sings time stops.

Thanks for your reaction DT. Imagine sitting next to the beautiful Tae in his car listening to his breathtaking rendition of a song perfectly composed for a car ride! This will be one of the best moments in my life... sigh. I'm only dreaming though. But this song is so so very beautiful and I fully agree with your view that he's great at R&B. And 2 Kings -- Giveon and Gallant have expressed their wish to collab with Tae on Twitter on the same day a few days ago!

I love how he sang it. The lyrics or message is so sweet and full of emotion. It's a love song maybe he just want to express his feelings to army that he is in love. That's why he notified army and he want it to share to us his feelings right now and he want to join us with him on his ride (journey) whatever is happening to him. His happy or struggling something. V said on Weverse that he doesn't plan on releasing the song. He liked the vibe of it and decided to share that much with us but this is probably all that we'll ever hear of the song. Unfortunately. Also, his solo work outside of BTS tends to be in English. He's done that for years.

I am so impatient to hear the whole song! Tae never fails to surprise us. His songs always shake my soul and make me feel good. There's something magical about him and his voice and he always soothes me.😭❤ And this song he dedicated for Army....I just cried when I first listened to it😭😭 It is so beautiful and I love how he and his team members always make army feel so special💜 I just love him so much😭💜
