BTS's origins were originally centered on the Hip Hop concept with rap really being the focus. Namjoon and Yoongi were even underground rappers, and as far as I know they've been writing and composing for many years prior to debuting. EXO's origins were totally different - coming from SM you expect the best of the best when it comes to vocals and without a doubt they exceed in that regard. Chanyeol hadn't delved in the culture, starting his interest in rap in later years. He can certainly rap and have diversity in his flows, but the impact is not always there. If you want rawness and heavy lyrical poetry that reflects life, self, and struggle, then Bangtan's rapline can express that and express it beautifully with strength and emotion. In conclusion though , every single bloody member is talented in both groups despite the varying years of training and knowledge. -proud multistan

I think for rap BTS is definetly better, but for vocals I have to give the point to EXO in dancing EXO and BTS are around the same Level

Here it is clear, as Exo vokal king is BTS rap king. The Rap line- RM, Suga and J-Hope is very unique throughout the K-pop industry. It's not just in great rap skills, but also in creation, intelligent lyrics, stage presentation and overall originality.

Bts rapline is the best compared to exo's! Just check out their different flows, wordplay, and genius composing and lyrics. Bts rapline is no joke. Suga and rm have roots of underground rap background and all three rapline mixtapes are on another level.

it is called that bts are rap kings..and i'm agree. but this is not kinda rap that i want to listen everyday when i'm working and stuff... but exo (specially chanyeol's) rap is something i listen to everyday. it is just my personal opinion. i don't really enjoy rap. but exo's rap style is different and i enjoy it. still if someone ask me i will say bts is kpop's rap king and exo is kpop's vocal king

ok i will tell you that they are uncomparable you can't just compare exo to bts they are all legends they are kings as for me l am half exo-al and half army so i can't tell you who is the best between them and l think no body can do so

To each his own opinion on 1. Vocals EXO took it - say what?!? No...nope...na na ...def not 2. Rap BTS took it ...well if you check out the rankings of Kpop rappers ...your decision is correct ...very few rappers make it in top 3 tier. BTS beat out EXO due to RM as he hit tier 2 ...rest were in tier 3 or lower Straightup for me BTS but EXO has excellent rappers 3. Dance ...you called it a draw ...hmmm both great but your battle video was skewed in its production as iconic legendary performances by Jimin & Jhope were not shown so 🤔 thinking on it ...just have to say BTS edges out EXO due to those particular performances. Don't know how on a battle the outstanding performances of one group weren't shown. I know both groups so well I know differences between them. Not only was dance video skewed but so was vocals...so much left out on BTS vocal line .. performances that gave them a name of "fallen angels from the heavens" You haven't even begun to touch on BTS. This particular reactions was on spot of the 3 you did...why? Cause their rap performances for both were rhere for you to watch & listen to. Whereas the dance & vocals weren't.
