Amazing reaction! For some context, their original name Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS for short) basically translates to "Bulletproof Boy Scouts". They used to get a lot of flack for having a tacky name, but who's laughing now. This song always makes me tear up.

I also tear up every time I listen. The internal struggles they must have had and the work… all their efforts and sincerity validated by fans. They know the fans helped make them bulletproof and they work hard so that we can be proud of them. BTS has been making songs for fans for a long time. I think 2!3! was the 1st for Army song they did. But also, Magic Shop, Mikrokosmos and Answer Love Myself are also good examples of this. This song is "We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal". This is the BTS song I wish I could watch over for the first time. I was baby ARMY when I watched this and KNEW as I was watching it how meaningful it was, but that I wasn't understanding all of the references. It hit me hard THEN so I can only imagine what it would have meant to me to have seen it for the first time and know everything they were talking about. T_T

For the sake of clarity, this is "we are bulletproof: the eternal". BTS also has "we are bulletproof pt. 1" and "we are bulletproof pt. 2".

BTS:*releases mv for We Are Bulletproof Eternal* Me:*ugly crying while rewatching the mv in a total wreck This song already makes me cry and now with the added mv, im a total wreck of a mess. This song is just so beautiful and emotional that everytime i watch the mv i get goosebumps and shivers down my spine. Also in my opinion the whale that BTS are riding (then turns into millions of purple orbs) represent us Armys as we have taken them to places and heights they never thought was possible for a small company group, and it goes through some of their most memorable MVs to the 2018 MAMA awards show where they spoke about almost disbanding to seeing a door opening for them to go thru then they end it with the Boy With Liv era as the still have the ON era to go trough with us Armys.

I love their introspective songs. Throughout their career they write songs about where they have been and where they are now. It's a record of their journey. They show their honesty, love for ARMY and the marvel that they are where they are. The video is just icing on the cake. This is one of my absolute favorites.

ARMY's stood and fought through the difficult times with BTS. They know that ARMY's have helped them get through it all. They know without ARMY's they would not be where they are today. That's why we have their back and they have ours. BTS X ARMY forever. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

The MV has so many easter eggs in it, it's unreal. It shows scenes from their music videos, in order, from oldest to Boy With Luv. In the "No More Dream" scene, JK is overwhelmed by a black wave. That represents what's called a "black ocean", when everyone in the audience turns off their light sticks. Instead of seeing a sea of stars, it's just a wall of darkness. BTS experienced a black ocean twice in their early days. The purple lights represent ARMY, so when RM is drowning and the purple lights help him to the surface, that's ARMY helping him up. Suga is clutching his left shoulder, the same one that he had surgery on a couple of years ago. It was injured in an accident when he was a trainee. When they're all standing on stage, holding a trophy and crying, that represents the speech they gave at the 2018 MAMAs. In their acceptance speech, they spoke about how they had almost disbanded earlier in that year and they actually did break down in tears. The song isn't just about how BTS and ARMY together are Bulletproof, but the video is also about BTS' career over the last seven years, at the time the video came out, and how ARMY came to love and support them through everything. It's literally a love song for ARMY.

I have been dehydrated for few days already, and the huge sobfest that this song is to us, was not helping, my tears are so concentrated my face stings when they roll down my face (I'm kinda "allergic" to water - so I can't drink most waters as is).

just a few details the song you saw and who is 9 years old is "we are bulletproof part 2" this one is "we are bulletproof the eternal" in fact before their RM debut and some trainees at the time had made a song called "we are bulletproof".
