Jimin is iconic for his duality! even since debut. Super soft and sweet and cute off stage, super sexy and hot and charismatic on stage. The lyrics for "Filter" always feel like a personal attack because he's telling us he KNOWS his own duality and become anything you want and trick you into falling in love with him...and if that ain't the truth!!! he has every fan under his thumb and is the only member who could literally be shipped with each member just because he has such a friendly personality he is super close with everyone. Fun fact! he is actually in a close fried group with Taemin and Kai! talk about a deadly trio! but it makes since because all three are monsters on stage and squishy beans off stage, lol

When I first started to follow BTS, my biases were JK and Jin, but after binge watching videos of their concerts, music videos, reality shows, and other video clips, I began to like Jimin. All of the members are amazing in their own ways, but there’s just something about Jimin that pulls you. He has this unique voice and I absolutely adore his fun personality. Now I love him more than ever.

Jimin is literally an angel inside and out, his voice is so sweet and ethereal, just gorgeous. Serendipity is my favorite song of all time, it makes me feel so calm and relaxed, it’s such a pretty song, and the lyrics)? I mean what more do you expect when RM is the writer. I don't understand how anyone doesn't have him as their bias or even a bias wrecker. Lol Such a unique human being with a unique voice. He is also super sweet. I love him like I love Christmas which happens to be my favorite time of the year. I have wonderful Christmas memories. We grew up poor and I remember getting an apple, few chocolates, and a small plastic toy inside my Christmas sock which happened to be a real white school sock. No Christmas stockings nor Christmas trees for us. But those are my favorite childhood memories that I will treasure forever. When I started working and making money, the best times for me were me wrapping and giving gifts to my family that we were not able to afford to give and receive when we were kids. I'm not religious, far from it, but I was born and raised a Catholic and we have amazing traditions surrounding Christmas.

I could be wrong, but I think Serendipity is one of the earliest gender non-specific love songs by BTS, if not the first. ARMY noticed right away. In interviews RM said he did intentionally write the lyrics gender neutral "because love transcends genders, cultures, and other barriers between people".

I have to work in front of a laptop 12-13 hours a day and BTS songs is how I get through it. But Jimin's voice is my healing time. Depending on the day I have had I end up listening to 'lie', 'serendipity', 'filter', 'who' or 'with you'. The especially hard days are 'Tony montana ft Jimin' days. But at the end I always end up coming back to 'promise' for some reason.

So like in the compilation videos you've seen, it doesn't surprise me that you didn't see his sexy side much. It really comes out when performing on stage, during photo shoots, or music videos. It is actually quite amazing how he can be staring into my soul and be overwhelming with his sexy stage presence, then in the behind the scenes you see him break or them call cut and it's back to fluffy cute Jimin. I am OT7 (with a soft spot for Suga) and all members blow me away with their performances but Jimin really can mesmerize me. You should also check out his OST "With You" It's so so beautiful. He sings it with Ha Sungwoon who is a good friend of him and is also an Idol. They sound amazing together!

I totally agree with you, Serendipity is gorgeous. I remember that I cried when the MV was released because everything was so beautiful lol. I love his songs so much 😭💕🔥 Anyways, Jimin's voice is so unique and angelic but also so powerful and the same for his dance, he can dance so light but also made really powerful moves and the way he express his emotions through these two skills is crazy, his stage presence is amazing. I'm so excited for his solo projects because his voice is amazing and I would like to know more about what he wants to do as an artist. I say this because I think, out of all the members of BTS, Jimin is the one that I'm most intrigued about what kind of songs he will do because we has done perfectly different styles and we know his duality but I wonder what kind of vibes and genres he will relies on the most or the ones that he likes the most. 💜 We kind of have an idea about the other members as soloist for example that Taehyung likes Jazz and R&B a lot, so we expect he will have some songs with these vibes since he has mentioned before he would like to it and also chill and warmth songs like Scenery, Winter bear, his OSTs and unreleased songs he has shown us in his posts.

Since you've seen and heard that beautiful Serendipity video, I think it would be good to watch the 2020 MMA performance - the Black Swan one. The eclipse (moon and sun) visual is very similar there. Also, Jimin now has the moon phases starting at his neck and down his back (tattoos) - new in 2021 I believe. Jimin is self-proclaimed "cutie, sexy, lovely, sweetie pie". Jungkook got him a birthday cake for 2021 that said, "You're my Park Filter" (since Jimin's last name is Park). Serendipity is my favorite though.

Lie is one of my fave songs and stages ever!! it's about how you lie to yourself to the point you don't know what's real anymore, and the "s" sounds are quite strong to reflect the snake feel just like some moves of the choreo, so cool and detailed

The "I want you to be your light" lyrics- means to not seek validation from others, to believe in yourself and trust yourself. The song is him reflecting on himself because he often seeks reassurance from others and worries he's not dancing well enough or singing well enough, when in actuality all the members have said that he practices the hardest. Serendipity is my happy place, just like the title. I have a few things lately I get *incredibly* anxious over., like difficult to do anything anxious. I just load up that song on repeat and I can actually function. It's damn near magical for me. There's a longer version of it and an amazing stage mix of it too. There's also a "day 2" Filter performance that shows the choreo a lot better. That one is my go to for the live verson.
