While it's true that BTS can do little wrong in many of their fans' eyes, the best thing about BTS is that they are very much aware of how influential they are. They are such good men and they try so hard to do everything right, to their songs, mv, interviews and interactions with other people. I appreciate this about them.

Lol this is even funnier because y'all have no idea about kpop idol culture 😂😂😂 fame and celebrity is an entirely different beast in Korea and kpop idols are typically held to the highest ideas of perfection. Not saying it's healthy...just saying it's different. And BTS are actually surprisingly happy and healthy and honestly some of the most grounded celebrities I have seen from any country. They know what it is to be underdogs so they haven't let the immense popularity they are receiving now spoil them and actually talk openly about both the perks and hardships of fame. How the level their at now is actually really stressful but they try putting family and happiness first. BTS has really great messages if you look at the lyrics. Especially Bside tracks and they write these lyrics themselves

Since you are movie guys here's a fun tidbit about the beginning video of them in the hoods. When the one hooded figure walked up to the mirror it was replicating the Harry Potter Mirror of Erised. If you look the one mirror had a saying lit up and it said "I show not your face but your heart's desire" backwards. He was seeing his hearts desire which was the other members being with him.

Welp they are singing live believe it or not. They are used to dancing and singing at the same time w long hours of practice and experience which some idols/singers cant relate. They sing and dance live during concerts with 15-20+ songs back to back.yep they have that stamina And those "melons" are actually army bombs official bts army lightsticks that only bts fans carry to cheer bts And yes its very rehearsed a couple of times for them ti get the right camera work so bts sing and dance multiple times for this to happen and to bts they aim for perfection so they sing and dance live to get that perfect stage live performance to show to the audiences. And of course we appreciate the hardwork of people behind bts who worked hard to put such a grand artpiece in live form. This sums up everything ---its Hardwork and Talentry. BTS worked their asses off to get to where they are now and managed to get this amount of fans who are dedicated and loyal to them despite coming from a small company and hate from kpop fans/ anti in general.

i think y’all have to react to some of their shows like run bts or clips of them being you know.. normal people. they display a lot of their lives online and they’re very genuine people, fans know and understand their personalities outside of their stage personas. you also seem to assume that the fans don’t understand or see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes and that’s really sad, we know the value of production and appreciate everyone who work with them. we don’t love the boys just cause of the perfect images they have to display on the stage but for everything they are, we embrace their weaknesses and insecurities.

BTS trained for long hours to be able to dance hard while keeping their voice stable.

I saw BTS in Chicago and can confirm that "they're actually real" was something I said 10000x

I really hope you realize that being a part of BTS isn't all fun and games and sleeping around and looking pretty like you seem to think. Unlike the majority of artists in America and everywhere else for that matter, BTS actually cares about their fans' happiness, and they work insanely hard to create music that touches people's hearts. Why do you think BTS is the one group that has taken the world by storm? Because they teach people to love themselves and how to find happiness. Maybe instead of belittling what they stand for and what they do, you should make an effort to understand them as a group, or don't react to them at all.

They always acknowledge everyone from hair people to camera technologist,their management and security personnel. They are always so humble. Also no girls they said they're too busy with writing,producing,practice,tours and mv they have no time

I’m gonna say that Kpop itself isn’t blowing up it really is just BTS alone that’s blowing up internationally. So much so that their are many debates as to whether BTS can even be considered a “KPOP” group

I LOVED this performance Im so glad you reacted to this! Just so you know the dance break before 'Idol' consisted of traditional Korean dances (drum dance, fan dance and streamer dance can't remember the proper names) also they used traditional Korean instruments. "Do you think they're happy?" Well BTS fans know a lot about this because they discuss their mental states often with us and in their music. BTS are just a bunch of talented dorks who worked hard at their dreams, thats all, they have good and bad times just like everyone else because they're human. They have stressful times but they have learnt to manage their minds and they help each other to get through difficult times, which is why they have such great teamwork. They admitted the end of last year they had considered disbandment from the stress despite their success, but they overcame this. This is some pretty private information to tell non-fans, but at least two of the members suffered with depression & anxiety and admitted suicidal thoughts in their songs. But again, they overcame such feelings (for now at least, mental illness doesn't just disappear of course). One felt this way before they were even a kpop idol though. And I know you were just joking around but they definitely don't sleep with the fans, its taboo for kpop idols to even date, plus Korean society is much more conservative than ours. BTS are allowed to date but say theyre too busy to even do that, and I believe them seeing how hard they work. And Korean people work hard in general, its not just kpop idols. The Korean government had to reduce the maximum amount of hours one was allowed to work a while ago because too many Korean people were being overworked. Korean schools forces kids to study too much as well as if their life depends on it (and it really does for some, sadly)

You have to realize that BTS was brought together through a record company. Many didn't even know each other before their training period which lasted for three years. In the K-pop industry, the training period is extremely military like to bring the best out of all their artists. Even after debuting, the workload and scrutiny is massive with many artists going into depression or suffering from major exhaustion. K-pop artists deserve the respect they get because of the hardships they go through to provide an awesome performance.

I know you're joking but I felt it was kinda disrespectful to joke about how easily you could form a band with your friends and do what BTS are doing. You're underestimating just how grueling the Kpop industry is and making light of BTS' efforts over the years. They had to go through a training process for a number of years before even making it to debut and even after debuting, it was hard for them to gain recognition because they were from a small label that didn't have enough resources to get them gigs on media broadcasts or any endorsements, and had to film their MVs on a really tight budget. They had to train over 13 hours a day to perfect their moves and had to write and produce most of their own songs too. Being a kpop idol is hard enough even when signed to a big label but BTS had to work harder than others to get any kind of recognition. They're not just a bunch of pretty boys with nice haircuts, they worked hard to get to where they are, sacrificing their time and sleep and personal lives for their work. I just wish you had shown a bit more respect and awareness before making those kind of jokes.

I noticed that u said that u could probably dance as well as about 4 or maybe it was 5 u said.....indulge me for a moment.....if u are professionally trained in dance than yes u probably could...no the dance moves are not as simple as they look....there is what the Korean industry calls a dance line...or preformance unit....every group has one....in the case of BTS here they are....Leader and sometime choreographer: J-Hope....he was and still is a street dancer...trained for 10 years before even getting into BTS...Jimin.....went to one of the most prestigious performing arts schools in Korea...he was top ranked not in his class alone but in the entire school...he was and is so good that his own teacher paid his tuition....Jungkook...now when BTS started in 2013 he wasn't trained all that much...so BigHit (the record Company) sent him to L.A. for a year and a half to train before they debuted....the last one is V....who is the only one that isn't really professionally trained, however since he has been training for BTS, I suppose u could say that is where his training come from...he was added to the dance line last year when he did "Singularity"...the guys said that he more than proved himself... The other three....Jin, R.M. are not professionally trained no...however since their debut their improvement has been about 200%...and Suga, he is a dancer, however in the beginning of BTS Suga was in an accident (hit by a car) and his knees as well as his shoulder really haven't been the same...but that never stopped Suga from doing the choreo just as hard as the others...don't sleep on any of them... They used to train 6 days a week for up to 12 to 15 hours a day..they also went to school and created songs....so now they have a rhythm of doing things...it may take a couple of them more time than the others to pick up on a dance, but that is what the others are there for....to help each other learn the dance and make it look like they of one body and soul...that is why they are so well known.....that and their music is top notch....thank you for letting me just ramble on.....as ARMY we can be protective over the guys, but also very proud of them.....so I guess u can say sometimes we like to brag....only because we as fans know what they have gone through to get as worldwide as they are....so thank u again and have a great day💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

They sing live and they practice 12-13hrs a day. And they do practice shot to check out the shots. I think korean camera shot are better than american shot you can really see the diff. Once they were at AMA they look at the camera shot jhope said It's a dance practice shot. But they tried. I love the shot at jimmy fallon show. Thanks for reacting to the boys

Camera works in South Korea is insanely great. They know the exact camera angle at the exact moment.

The reason they can sing and dance is because they have dance practice while wearing mask. Making them have better stamina and breath control. It was either RM or Suga who started this in an interview a few months ago.

I can NEVER get enough of this performance. Big Hit (BTS' company) spent north of $200k on this performance, including hiring ACTUAL Korean traditional dancers and musicians to use in addition to their backup dancers. Sick!

Glad you guys enjoyed this performance :) the scale of this blew me away, probably one of the best lives I've seen. I was like that when I watched their concert at MetLife last month. I was screaming for almost 3 hours cheering them and doing their fan chant. You should watch the updated version of the nobodies to legend part 2. And you should also watch the Japan award show where they performed live. Watch the dance practice also. And BTS never lip sync.

They actually sing on treadmilsl to learn breathing and breath. They used to dance 10 to 13 hours a day. The other thing that really impresses me are the Asian Award Shows compared to American Award Shows. You have to go to a BTS concert. It is 3 hours of the most high octane. I don't even consider them k-pop. They are every type of music that will knock your socks off.

You need to react to one of their dance practices! You can learn the dances, and see the whole dance without the edits for live stages or MVs. Try the IDOL dance practice!

Fun fact: BTS practice singing while running on treadmills. They sing LIVE with a track that has some background vocals. If ever in doubt, please watch their performance of IDOL and I’M FINE on the Jimmy Fallon show. Watch fancams of their performances during their Love Yourself tour in 2018, where they are clearly exhausted because the choreography is crazy intense But if ever one should come across a performance in the future that doesn’t sound live for some reason, please can we understand that like any one of us, BTS are actual human. An artist might be unwell or sick or whatever so lip sync is not that all too unusual in some cases with Kpop artists etc. Lip sync has been in the industry for many years. HOWEVER, these guys give it their all. A few of them fell sick during a later part of their European tour and still sang raw. THIS MY friends is extremely unwise for a vocalist to do. It can damage your vocal chords. Speaking as one that has a musical background And yet I would also like to ask if anyone has tried to dance to some intense choreography while singing... NOT EASY!

If someone wants to be an idol, this person needs a lot of streinghts above vocal and dancing skills: good genetics (because boy if you're chubby, have bad acne, disproportional face, short legs, anything that do not fit korean beauty standarts, you're out), stable mental health, high productivity, skills of entertainer and so on. It's not easy, competetiveness so high, everyone in this industry beautiful and talanted so you need a luckas well.
