Big D's Summit experience so far has kind of been the absolute epitome of Ice Climbers as a character. At day 1, he went into matchups that nearly completely body-bagged the Ice Climbers and made them look like a bottom tier character. At day 2, aside from Aaron's pocket Cloud, the gauntlet bracket gave the character very favorable matchups that made ICs look so tough to stop, which gives him the winner's side of final bracket despite how rough day 1 turned out. Big D being the amazing player he is definitely helps this out further.

Ice-Climbers were always one of those characters you HAD TO LAB. They were never below high or mid tier imo, it's just all the top players rather go for characters that require less effort.
