Oh my God I am so sorry for you I’ve been watching palm harbor for years I thought they were wonderful but I’ve never bought from them thank you for your review now I don’t know who to trust anymore I thought they were the best ones on the market guess not huh

I watch 100s of videos and this one...well it's hard to take you seriously, between the cussing, various stupid farm sounds as well as dumb things like cartoons running ac4oss the screen!! I have a double wide too but I believe if I was having that amount of trouble, I'd be hunting down an attorney!

There studs are 24” apart. Should be 16”

Thk you I'm first time considering my first phone call to headquarters horrible she was not friendly called plant city fl. I had to pull the words out of salespersons mouth, got aggravated hung up.

All manufactured homes have problems, some are worse than others. It comes down to how much money you want to put into them to fix. I would buy one that is older that way you can see what you are buying.There needs to be lemon laws on these homes.

Sound like this guy hired his own crew to to put a pad down and do a trim out and they didn’t know what they were doing they’re not gonna warranty stuff someone else did I think your trying to pass the buck on to them and there not having it so I think your .....DONESKI !!!!!

Thanks for watching the video. You would be wrong on all your points. Palm Harbor contracted the “Pad Site” at $4800 by a idiot. Palm Harbor did the trim out in official Palm Harbor trucks that work at my local factory. Hit the subscribe button and watch the other videos as I walk you through how this works. You might accidentally learn something sir.
