Here are 4 common bubble bath-makers which are dry surfactants that are great for making bubbles. Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSa), sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), or sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI), sodium coco sulfate (SCS). You can get each in different forms like powder, granule, or noodle.
Some will be more suited to specific bath products depending on what you're making, but they all work about the same & are interchangeable (for the same amounts). Please research before purchasing because some are considered more gentle on skin while others are considered harsh & potentially irritating to skin.
There are also many bubble bath-makers that come in liquid form like Sodium laureth sulfate (sometimes referred to as SLES), sodium stearate, and sodium lauryl ether sulfate.
*** Use foam stabilizer or a "co-surfactant" to make bubbles last longer & to create more bubbles.

These are all derived from coconut - I don't suppose you know of anything that isn't? I am deathly allergic to coconut and currently have to resort to washing up liquid in shampoo and straight perfume in my bath water.

I personally like SLSa or SCS. SLS gets a bad rap, but in my opinion it's not that bad. Almost every single cleanser, body wash, shampoo, etc. I buy from the store has it in there.... Never hurt me! Plus, SLS is the cheapest (by far), easiest to find, & it works just as good, if not better! but this is totally up to you!
