Im undiagnosed Autistic, it helps me calm down a little.. Also I like bubbles and rainbows, Anyways.. Im seeing very very bad dreams and "Sleep paralysis" when I dont calm myself with videos before sleeping... Its always been challenging for me.. I dont know if I am really needed this but, it helps me calm down... I also had few meltdowns recently and it was really scary.. My parent still dont understand me and help me but I know everything gonna be okay.. Sometimes its hard to me maintain myself when I go outside.. People always been challenging for me and rude.. I've been bullied so much for no reason in primary and middle school.. and called like "Freak/Weirdo" lots of times, They're Sometimes bullying physically... Im just suffering from my own problem by my own alone.. I dont have any parent or people to help me when I struggle and lost myself.. Handling everything by your own is so difficult with lots of problems.. And being harder if people bully you or judge you for no reason and insult you in everyday life.. Im really bad about masking my problems and act like "other" humans beacuse I dont know how to.. Its hard me to maintain friendship beacuse they get boring of me or I am.. Then They leaving me for no reason and Im being lonely again.. I gave up socializing with people in my country long ago.. Social interactions always been so hard for me.. Im being alone in my room mostly and my parent coming home and going to job again after staying for few hours.. So Im by myself if I have crisis or had sleep paralysis.. But thats okay, Im doing it myself.. Its so hard but I have to.. I hope everyone's life will be more easier as the time passes... I wish every good people happy life.. ✨🙏🏻✨ Bye...... 👋🏻

Is it possible a 10 hr video with no ads? My grandson 3 yrs old is ASD and he just fell asleep to this but I will like him to stay in his bed throughout the night with no interruptions. Normally I play him white noise (rain music) and has worked for him but I will like other options. Thanks in advance.

Hello Wanda..Someone within another comment section mentioned that you can set the video on loop mode which i believe is on the settings on the right hand side of the video. No ads will ever appear on the videos so it should be a continual loop for you.

Is it possible for you to get a remote controlled color changing light? Having red lighting in the peripheral helps me. ASD with chronic treatment resistant pain which have a nasty overlap cognitive paralysis where I can't think. Stress translates to physical tension which immediately adds to pain. Vicious cycle. Sorry for the barrage of questions. I too am suffering and cannot alleviate myself so holding hope for another is helpful. I hope you're doing well today and if not that you can steer it back to a positive tomorrow.

@lesyaleiw2106 This is great feedback! What works for some does not always work for others, even with the same conditions! I also have Asperger's and have recently started exploring what is best for me. I plan to develop some videos in the future similar to this. Please let me know if you would like to test them out (free of charge) before I publish them. I would love to get your feedback since clearly your brain is different than mine. I struggle very hard with over thinking and sleeping, so your feelings are valid and I can relate. It's not a detriment though, we just have to find a way to use it to our advantage and calm ourselves with the proper tools. I would say focus on the music if the visuals are making you dizzy. Or try the playback in slower speed. Fair warning, it will also slow down the music.

Did you ever tried to slow the video down from its settings?
