The Bucheshwara Temple is located in the village of Koravangala, 11kms from Hassan city, Karnataka. The temple was built in 1173 A.D. by a officer called Buchiraja, to celebrate the coronation of Hoysala King Veera Ballala II. The temple is an elegant monument of 12th century Hoysala architecture. The temple is protected as a monument of national importance by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).

Let's find way to restore. This should be brought under archeological department. Endowment board should adapt these treasures to retain its history and charm
