@@user-bw4lj2jk6z So what I gathered from the lyrics, he's singing to a woman he used to be in a relationship with. After a while, they started drifting apart and forgetting the promise they made eachother (which could have been "I will love you forever"), which I think means they broke up. In the ending lyrics, he sings something along the lines of "I'm beginning to love the pain because the love and wounds are dear to me". This could mean he's holding onto her memory and heartbreak of her leaving him because he loves her so much. He clings on to those wounds because they're the only things left of her in his life. Truly a sad song.

Atsushi, Even though I was not able to meet you or hear your wonderful voice in reality, I will keep these songs deep in my heart and appreciate them because they are what I have left of you. You left a huge impact on my life and I will never forget you in my prayers. We will meet one day until then I will wait for you🤍

@@aureliadulceria7979 they mean the context of it. i believe? based on my understanding of this lyrical format, the way it was translated doesn't mean exactly what the japanese lyrics mean.

I'm in love with this song, I always love to feel the bitter sweetness nostalgia has to offer, I've found this days ago by mistake while listening to another band and I'm in love, I start my day listening to it and I'm thankful I could find translation ,ughh and this part 1:36??? Love it

Damn this is my fav song now. It reminds me of my highschool love. Its been 11 years, I used to feel so sad and (most of the time cry) when I remembered him, but now I just smile, its a bittersweet feeling. 5:17
