A look at my NEW 2024 Arctic Cat Riot Catalyst Snowmobile
In this video I talk about my new 2024 Arctic Cat Riots Catalyst Snowmobile. I ordered this sled last spring and picked it up in November of 2024 from John Performance out of Carey Ohio.
This snowmobile is Arctic Cats latest Chassis and has a 600cc 2 stroke engine in it. Track is 146 inches long with 1.75 inch lugs. The Riot is a crossover sled so a little longer track than a trail sled and also has the wider skis. This snowmobile also has the ATAC suspension and can be adjusted on the go.
As I'm doing this video I now have 300 miles on this sled and really like it.

Mike, you would really enjoy this video: Silje Osthus - McHale Fusion. It features Deutz tractors and McHale balers. Takes place in Norway beautiful scenery but the real trip is the tractors getting on the ferry and they go island hopping to different custom jobs.

Thanks for the review, glad to see Cat new chassis and motor , Only got 180 miles on my sled this year in PA one weekend of riding. We had to cancel Our Michigan trip due to no snow conditions

I really like the color. Very nice. We had a one month only season in New England this year. Worst season I can remember since 1995.

I plan on coming up and riding in the New England states one of these years. I actually had rooms booked in Presque Isle Maine but it was supposed to be over 50 degrees and rain so we went to Wyoming instead.

Have you done a video on equipment, clothing you use and how well it works? Also, have you given tips for new snowmobilers?

No I haven't done that yet but if you think it would be helpful I'd consider doing it sometime.

Yes I'm definitely way down on miles this year too. One of these years we are really going to get hit hard with snow I'm sure.

Is it worth it? I've been thinking about selling my M800 and picking up a used Catalyst 858 some year... the Riot would be my go to probably. The Garmin dash looks awesome, but probably something wouldn't need for the most part. Cat has always got the best looking sleds. Really hope the 858 is a home run for Cat, they really need it to put Doo and Poo back in good competition. Don't you dare sell that ZR 900 🤣 Brother still has an '03 F7 yet. BUT by curiosity, how much would you want for the ZR?
