Some more context - hades knew it was loco because one of em heard his voice when the hades members were kidnapped. Then they found loco and robbed them. On loco there was the food same quality radio and scanner device which was robbed off the hades member.

Nobody hotdog id them. Winter was on the roof when they kidnapped the 2 hades people and heard locco. She also confirmed it was them when they got their lickback at the fence guy. She was there for the whole thing so the hotdog id is just an in roleplay thing that they’re assuming and lying about to speedy or lang.
