When I started studying Okinawan Karate do Goju Ryu Martial Arts when I was 9 years old and my Dad was in The Air Force in Vietnam, I lived on the Island of Okinawa. I was Introduced to the teachings of Buddha from my Sensei. 35 years studying Goju Ryu and 8 Black Belts. Knowing what I am capable of and studying Buddhist teaching just as long has made me mentally level like Ying and Yang. Never hurt anyone, but don't let yourself be hurt.

@@gurgurgur if people find peace in whatever they believe then it is good for them. Do you still believe that humans started with Adam and Eve. Or the great flood? People thought the world was flat back then some still do so how could it flood? Superstitious beliefs decline as knowledge increases. Not a God or religion but religious people have caused great death and distribution more than anything else, greed fills in the rest. If you went democratically then the Muslim God is the winner. It seems people pick this God or that God or no God and hate everyone else. I don't hate you. But the psychological aspect of mythology is fascinating. ✨

In our religious scriptures says universe start with big sound .Sound is ack onkar means God is One then big energy spread it builds up the universe with five elements air water sky earth fire and life started from water then four ways some sweat ,sex , from earth , from water like science believe life started from water it’s right then monkey then human actually they are right . Universe depends on God’s mood he can create or he can end .
