You helped me separate from a terrible physical pain and it worked! I said to myself, "This pain is not me, I observe this pain." And suddenly the pain was 1/10 less intense. Thank you!

I experienced a similar experience years back and I thought in the same manner due to the compassion meditation mind set that I practiced from a book written by the Great teacher of this Thero (Ven. Kiribathgoda Gnananda Thero, founder of Mahamevnawa Meditation Center).

Physical pain is aggravated by psychological fear at the same time. We are a small universe in ourselves, and due to our own reasons, the universe in our body cannot communicate with the outer universe. The five elements of the body, water, wood, gold, fire, earth five elements of disharmony caused by internal organs and organs of the disease, only to repair the balance of the five elements, the disease will be far away from us, the spiritual dimension is only a part of the physical substance, if there is no physical body, the spirit of the spirit of how to reside in the physical body, only to cultivate the physical body and the spirit of the spirit of the spirit of purity to stimulate the potential within the physical body, in order to heal the imbalance of the physical body!

There are some points you should consider , if you are doing Anapanasati ( I Get Benefited by following actions so I am telling my own experience) *1) Do it with the Instructions, either Given by Ven Webu syadaw's tradition or S.N Goenkas Guruji's tradition. This will help you for future Vipassana retreats. *2) Make Schedule and try to sit at exact time for about 10-15 minutes. *3 ) Most importantly is to maintain the 5 Precepts which Protects you. Namely 1) Abstain from Killing 2) Abstain from stealing 3) Abstaining from false speach or speaking with the intention of I'll will. 4) Abstaining from Intoxication ( from Addictions like alcohol) 5) Abstaining from Sexual misconduct. Trust me it makes huge difference. *4) If you are practicing for about 1 year then Approach any Vipassana meditation centre and Do the 10 Day Course. I wish for your Good mental and Physical health. Be happy 🙏

Today is New Year’s Eve in KST and I am alone but, I feel at peace. I know that the alone feeling is not forever. Nothing is permanent. And I know this alone time is a gift from the world and a break from the turmoil of the years. I can finally reflect on the year and meditate in peace. Solitude is peaceful. Maybe it’s because this year I allowed myself to finally experience Vipassina. I also finally let myself experience sitting. I was always on the go and moving everywhere I needed to go. Very impulsive. One day I realize…what is the rush? Everything will be fixed when it needs to. Not being lazy but stop forcing stuff to happen. It’s been a big change. May everyone who is also spending the New Years alone realize that…everything ends. Nothing is permanent. Even loneliness can end. Be mindful and know what you want and deserve then move forward. Sending you love. 🙏🏻✨🌙 Happy new year~ 2024 will be full of experiences. : )

Writing on 5th August 2024, around midnight. I just completed my first 10 day Vipassana course a week back and that helped me get quite alert and observe my sensations. However, after some days, as I drifted back gradually to my normal life, I started to feel negative and troubled due to some of life’s issues (but I stayed aware and in middle as much as I could.) But just when I reached a critical point and could not control my pain/overthinking I saw your video randomly on KZfaq. I’m happy it reminded me to get back to my Vipassana. I meditated while listening to this video and observed my painful sensations. It helped me come back to the present moment and become aware of its impermanence once again. I returned to my body, to reality. And so my solution came to me. Thank you so much! I’m happy this helped me. If needed again, I may return to this mindfulness bell (your video) again. Thank you! Namo Buddhay.

I myself believe that Buddha achieved enlightenment during Vipassana practice and not through deep meditation. One more reason to practice Vipassana is that, unlike other types of meditation, you can practice Vipassana in every situation-while working, relaxing, playing games, and more. Additionally, you can do it in all places; it doesn't limit you to one specific location. This allows us to experience more in life. The more we experience, the more we learn, and eventually, it can lead to enlightenment.

I have practiced in the zen tradition for about a year where are main discipline is vipasana wich we call zen mainly in the form of zazen (sitting meditation) when one practices vipassana. They realize how much we alter the world through our thoughts and biases. And how beautiful the world is when we let go of judgment and embrace the reality of things. The present moment is so rich, so beautiful, and it is with us all the time, yet we still miss it. Namo buddia 🙏🙏📿📿
