Ungrateful, humiliates his staff constantly when they do most of the work! His staff never gets any credit for their hard work, Buddy takes all the kudos and recognition! It would have been nice to watch a show where he is not screaming at his staff!!! They do all the work!!! Buddy’s staff does all the work and he steps in when the projects are nearly completed and makes it seems like he does everything!!! What a JERK!!!!!

Cake boss has never failed to make me die laughing. It reminds me of my Italian family and how crazy we all are, and Cake Boss has been my favorite show ever since it came out. Buddy has been one of my life long idols and I love him more than anything. It’s been my dream for so long to meet him and go to his bakery, and I’m praying that one day that dream will come true

It depends on the type of cake they make. If they're making a huge, visually pleasing cake that's supposed to be looked at as more of a giant piece of art, then yes, they will use cheaper, easier-to-mold, and overall less tastful materials to make it. If the cake is smaller and easier to create, likely more traditional, they'll spend more time on the interior as well. Usually with those large visual cakes, no one eats them. Most of the time, there are other, smaller, and tastier cakes on the side (out of view of the camera) that the crowd can eat.

I hope your hand.heals and you will be able to decorate cakes again. But most importantly I hope you humble yourself and learn to appreciate your great staff and thank them for their hard work and making your show a success!!! I do not know how it can be so dramatic. not because he makes cakes he has to be strong with which his sister has to go. she can go wherever she wants. just because it screws the macho ego of him? Who is believed to make the best cakes in the world? he is wrong and tried the same taste of any fine cake shop. Because he is on television, people have made him believe that he is the only one and the truth is not like that. Dramatic family. And the lady who tells her daughter to apologize to him if it's ridiculous, like two little children. Dramatic family are nothing. they do pure show.

But I do not know if they are more civilized or I do not know what happens. but they have never behaved this way, they never speak normally, they never make scandals and they shout for nothing. and I know a lot of Italian people. I know they are very scandalous. too many of scandalous because I have other known that are scandalous. but as this family of cakes I do not know any other. These break the record.
