A powerful contribution to this budget debate by a young and dynamic government minister. I observed the the whistlers, mace grabbers and the usual hecklers on the opposition side of the house paying rapt attention when minister Rodriguez made her presentation, they were like attentive students listening to a learned lecturer, hopefully some of them(like Juretha) will have learned how to make an effective presentation giving real numbers and information that's relevant to the debate. Perhaps Juretha, you should be thinking of joining the young trailblazers who are bringing development to Guyana, from the coastland to the borders of Brasil.

No resources to Housing maintainance and Roads or D rainages . Minister rodrigues my name is besham singh i am living at lot 4 schoonard and i was giving a house lot in 2012 housing know that this lot was already given to someone else and still give it to me this is 10 years now and housing cannot reactify this problem so i can get true with my transport i must thank you very much for addressing my concerns
