I stayed at the White Pigeon GH a few times about 3 months each time. I never managed to get a discount from the daily rate that was $15 per night when i stayed there. The GH is hard to beat for quality and location.

Second room even has a shower. If it's really 150/mo that is a really good price

And a 2nd floor balcony , and a TV . Couldn't tell if 1st room had a tv because he didn't do a Full spin BUT first room did have a shower too And hot water which I did not see in second room

The second house wasn’t bad at all. Maybe you can show in text what the ladies say, because it is sometimes hard to understand. It didn’t have warm water? What contract terms? Monthly, 6 months, a year? Pet friendly? So many unanswered questions…

Yeah . I get there's a discount for booking an entire month But from $510 to $150 ?? Now I'll watch the video and see if it's explained

Best I could make of it she said - One month $15 . That would be $17 per night but for a month $15 a night -a $2 per night discount , $15 X 30 = $450 a month - which is insane for a room in SEA Asia .
