Some meals that me and my family ate this week! We eat mostly a whole food based healthy budget meals. This also includes out little self-catered staycation family holiday meals. Using up whatever we had in the fridge to save money and time!

What was the seasoning please? I think you forgot the links and the recipe for Firecracker sauce. Understandably as a Mum to a Toddler. I had Japanese fried egg withnoodle thing once. Delicious going to try the chicken xx

Hi Sophie it’s only me - I’m loving your channel and the content is great - when you used the Aromat, April back a load of memories - my Nan always used to have it in her cupboard and she passed away 22 years ago. It always used to be in a little yellow tin with bright green writing on it - I’ve always bought it and kept it in my cupboard - now I’m at the rehabilitation centre. I have the tub/pot of it here and I use it for seasoning. I absolutely love it. ~ the cabin in the woods looked absolutely lovely - sending loads of love and hugs~ Xxx Xxx

Just to say, you can freeze tofu. Lots of recipes suggest it, especially if you're trying to replicate meat, as it makes it chewy X

The tofu and egg stirfry looks great. How did Laurence make his firecracker sauce? Would be great not to buy packets of sauce anymore, I'm intrigued.

Breadcrumbs, aromat all purpose seasoning (lots of places sell it!) and white pepper! Xxx
