Rooms are good and well maintained , a very good place for people who needed a calm environment for stay in a budget . just a 10 to 15 mins drive to reach the main spots of goa , The owner is so responsive and Frank .
To lower the booking rates book it in a new app which will provide you with a coupon or a discount for your 1st booking . for me in ibibo they gave 650rs flat coupon .
A must stay spot in a budget who need a homestay without the city rush .
major advantages - Parking available within the premises of the stay so you don't worry about your vehicle getting damaged or theft .
A good stay for couples or a smaller group of friends.

A very good choice for beachside hotel room in a budget . The bed is so comfortable for the rate it is provided . But the only issues I face is network problem and bathroom was not maintained well .
But for the location I definitely suggest this place in south Goa .
