The steering in my 2005 jeep tj was feeling a bit sloppy on the motorway, so it was time to find the cheapest steering stabilizer that I could find online.
In this video we replace the old steering stabilizer in my 2006 Jeep Wrangler tj with a budget stabilizer I brought from Amazon, this cheap up grade can easily be done at home with only a couple tools.
The rough country steering stabilizer is a great budget up great for any Jeep Wrangler and the jeep xj, for just $55 from amazon you can't go wrong.

Great upload! Is this a right side steering jeep from Australia? Perhaps your American viewers should know installation is exactly the same just left hand steer. I installed a rough country on mine. Seems to work just fine. A bit more heavy duty than original part.

Thank you, yes it is right hand drive, most things should be same. I’m glad I’m not the only that’s got it, awesome can’t wait to take it on a couple of trips to see the difference. Thanks for the comment

Congratulations! Good thing its a cheap jeep channel, you wont be able to afford much when you have kids lol i had to wait tillnmine were off in college to build my jeep. I am glad to see you posting a cheap steering stabilizer, we run a cheap gabriel on the JK, but Jenn kills em quickly so she isnt running one at all at the moment. I have a stock JK one on the JL. Stabilizers are one thing i feel safe telling folks cheaper is better.

john lopes thank you really appreciate, Hahahaha oh yeah definitely will be getting even cheaper now, how do you keep braking them? Definitely cheap is better here, my Jeep drove so good before but even better now, being a daily driver it just makes it a lot nicer. Thanks mate

Did you jack your Jeep while installing or is that able to be done on the ground
