Ive never seen a fast winch in real scale. They're all pretty slow intentionally. Speed will cause more bind ups. I would think the speed of these small scale ones would replicate a real ones. That thing has some great torque! So cool that they have this stuff for our hobby isn't it? awesome tutorial brother!

It is not bad man, really I adjusted the epa and it's about the same speed as a warn winch.

Absolutely man, I hate when you have to stretch that winch out and it's bogging down!! Lol Hoping this would be faster, but my boy at Ctawler Cast said maybe I can adjust my epa???

Keep that extra line on. If you break it during a comp you can just tie the hook back on instead of putting a new line on it.

Check adjustments on controller. I can set the speed of the winch with kinda like end points. Also it picks up the back of the rig because it's mounted behind the front axle

Yeah, make sure that end points are at max, that will give you the fastest possible speed for your servo winch @@arkansasrcnewbie

I wouldn't be to worried about running g that thing on your bec voltage at 8.4🤷

@@arkansasrcnewbie well there always a risk... I've run an Amazon blue case 35kg servo on 3s direct power with pretty good results however I killed that servo when I swapped it into another rig without resetting the steering endpoints which wiped out the gears set. The control board was fine. I bet you'd be fine running that on 8.4 volts. The increase I speed could be worth it.
