Texas speed makes drop in h beam rods/forged piston combo for a 6L. No balance needed. Something to think about with it being boosted

Dorman makes a bad ass clamp for those broken rear exhaust manifold studs. The clamp bolts to the back of the block and wraps around so you use a bolt to push the manifold against the head. I have install many of these clamps and they work great.

Why not put a good set of rods and pistons in the 6.0 or one of the 4.8 so you don’t have this problem again? Bc this will happen again using stock parts.

I agree with all the fans and subs , I'm so glad Leo is gone!! Y'all seem so much more relaxed, at ease, and just being y'all selves!! He was such a doushbag and hated watching him. Always try to rotate an LS engine by hand before you buy. You would have passed on the 4.8 in this case ;) The 862 heads are of value though!

So you guy know what your doing. I have a question. I can't buy a new machine. I do have a 2007 660 rhino. Sorry not what your use to. If. You could let me know what you would to to add motor performance for $1000 or less I would appreciate your in put. Motor is all stock except I have a Gibson full Exhaust. The rhino is not a pile of crap it's pretty nice. Thank you for any input

Why not just get a new motor from Texas speed or build it yourself and build it to last. I think you’d be better off and maybe come out in the long run. Instead of sinking more and more money in the old motors that you no won’t last.

4.8 liter is gutless garbage buddy I know how they are they don't pull or perform, we had a shop Silverado with one, even had exhaust edge tune and cold air intake! Still was a turd lol! Have fun Matt lol!
