Cameroon's predominately English-speaking northwest and southwest descended into conflict over two years ago, when separatist declared the regions an independent "Republic of Ambazonia". Up to 3,000 people have been killed in fighting between the armed separatists and government forces since, and more than half a million have fled their homes. Regular lock-downs means there's much space for comedians to perform. But in Buea, one of the main cities of the conflict-torn parts of the country,one comedian is bringing the public the lighter side of life and creating spaces for that.
