Gabe Davis was not as good as talking heads make him sound. He flashed a couple of times then wouldn't show other games. He dropped way too much.

He was very good on side line toe touch grabs to move the chains, but I think we got guys to fill that role

Bills finished the season 6-1 while Diggs and Davis only caught 3 TDs, the Bills WR room isn't their weakness
@i13tonyАй бұрын
Bills lost at least two games last year largely due to the ineptitude of Ken Dorsey. They also got lucky to win at least one game, so I predict +1 win over last year: 12-5. Another factor is James Cook; he will exceed last year’s yardage total by at least 250 yards. Bills receiver corps is vastly improved from last year. I also predict Josh Allen will cut that int total by at least 3, with 3 more TD passes than last year too.

It will be interesting to see his production, as well as Josh Allen’s, now that Diggs is gone. Diggs’ ability opened up opportunities for others. I wonder how it will affect Josh Allen’s fantasy production?

Yeah, I will say yesterday an awesome article came out ranking Shakir top ten last year in open target percentage. Give this kid some targets this year!
@jasoncecala757Ай бұрын
Shakir is going to be that dude. I loved him coming out of college and I told people about him before he even really got playing time. It looks like my assumptions about him may be correct. Diggs, while a great receiver, was not good in the playoffs. He ended up being a cancer to our offense. I think he also stunted the growth of our offense. It will be much more efficient and harder to predict this year. One, if not two, of the receivers we signed will also break out (again).

The C+ rating for the offseason is dumb. The Bills have salary cap constraints. What were they expected to do? They cut and traded old players. They flipped Diggs for a probable top 40 pick next draft. They were expecting a 3rd round compensatory pick after losing Edmunds in free agency, but only got a 4th. They had to trade their 1st round pick to even get back into the 3rd. They replenished their depth well in the draft. They signed disappointing former early round picks like KJ Hamler and Chase Claypool that could potentially break out. All things considered I believe Brandon Beane did a good job.
@thedailyhuddlesportsАй бұрын
Yeah, fair! Offseason grades are tricky. PFF is HIGH on stats, so losing highly ranked dudes hurts offseason grades but the Bills can prove em wrong!
@full5rounds449Ай бұрын
Analysts that think the Bills will miss Diggs and Davis apparently cruised through school on athletics and not math or critical thinking. They dropped/didnt catch 89 targets between them and their reception percentages were terrible. Diggs was worse than useless the last half of the season.

He was the least sacked qb because of his mobility and his online 🙄 so he can spread the ball around and defense stay healthy they be fine two tight ends that can catch lots of targets and run the ball and more screens

11-6. Win AFC East. Win game hosted in. Buffalo. Go on the road and lose. Same as last year. The difference is this team is younger, has great draft capital and can dump both Miller and Milano’s salary in the 2024 off season. I know folks have high hopes for Milano but the guy needs his speed to be effective. I’m afraid the recent injury will be too much to overcome. 2025 is going to be the Bills year.

Gabe Davis was nothing great, the media crowned him after that KC playoff game but truth is he had 1 good game, our 2nd round pick Coleman will be a bust, he another Elam, he couldn’t separate in college and Beane thought it would be different in the NFL where dbs are stronger, faster and more athletic, Allen not going to throw to someone and hope they go up and catch it, Allen throws to open receivers and this guy going to have problems
