I'm loving the bloopers integrated in the video because it is SO realistic lol. Nothing like spilling ingredients and getting funny avocados and garlic which happens to me all the time 😂 🥰

Coconut oil with a bit of salt tastes just like real butter and is way cheaper (and tastier IMO) than prepackaged vegan butter. Try it on a baked potato.

I’m not vegan, or even vegetarian, but I can appreciate good vegan food. I’m good prepping for the week and this is on my menu. I just made the cheese sauce and oh man! This is a game changer. In my opinion it taste like nacho cheese. So amazing!!!

@@RainbowPlantLife If you hold the jar in your hands a bit sideways, then hit the bottom with your other hand, you will break the seal. It may take a couple of times, especially when you 1st try it out, but once your used to this method, it easy-peasy! Occasionally you may still need the rubber glove, but it won't require brute strength. Give it a try. I've been doing it for ever!

Vegan sour cream: soaked cashews blended with opened probiotic capsule and water. Blend super smooth. Set in cold oven overnight with the light on. Voila! 😘

Absolutely Sensational! I love making these. (My husband enjoys them as well, and requested for me to add potatoes. So I did. (I peeled and diced up 3 small potatoes and added them into the onions. Cooked until they’re soft.) Both ways are amazing. I just wanted to let you know, and say thank you.

I just tried this and OMGizzy, this was amazingly delicious 😋 . I will be honest and saying I was skeptical of the cheese sauce because most simply don't turn out right. However after reading all the glowing reviews on your web page about the cheese alone; I decided to give it a try. Again DELICIOUS! Thank you for this! Let me add that I did not have yogurt. But did have coconut milk and it still turned out amazing!

I usually just watch your vids and appreciate how real you are and how awesome the food looks. I finally made this recipe and I’ve got to say it’s the best meal I’ve had in a minute. It was easy and filling and so so yummy. I was questioning it for s moment before assembling and I just 🤤 when I bit in. Thanks for the authenticity and the delicious recipe. This recipe is amazing!! Definitely not for those who can't handle the heat. My mom and I made these for the family, but didnt tell my sister or dad (meat eaters) that they were vegan. No complaints, just sweat beads haha! Everyone enjoyed. I am not a huge fan of chickpeas, but this recipe makes them totally delicious and easy to eat. The cheese sauce alone is incredible, good on chips or even by itself, so I will definitely be coming back just for that. Can't wait to make it again. Thanks so much for adding some relatable clips and for always bringing so much flavor to the table! You make being vegan easy and very desirable.

Made these today and they were delicious! I was a little ambitious trying to make this during a weekday lunch break (cashews were already soaked) and had to rely on my daughter to finish the final steps as I had to join a conference call. I just made this recipe! I added the guacamole inside the quesadilla, and my husband and I couldn’t believe how tasty and filling these were. This is going into the recipe book for sure! I don’t own a food processor or strong blender, so I soaked my cashews overnight and had no problems blending them to smooth with my nutribullet. Thanks for an awesome recipe!

Oh my goodness!!! These are sooo good :) I didn’t have any onions because of the current recall where I live, so I subbed the onion and garlic for onion and garlic powder. Turned out amazing!

Great Quesadillas, I'm happy to see some one finally not using fake processed Vegan Cheese in their recipes..That's what Vegan its all about natural food from Earth..
