@@oReminiscence Follow the same process up until I fry them and just put them in the air fryer instead. Once done place them in a bowl and do a lil Shakey-Bakey!

Awesome wing video as always! I often check out your website for new wing dish inspirations! the title for this recipe however was for the oven. I don't have a deep fryer but I did this recipe twice - once in the oven and another time in the air fryer -both awesome and juicy! Keep the recipes coming!

Watching this after making sweet chili wings with the same chicken lol. Publix all the way! I got the BOGO Franks sweet chili and buffalo sauce. If you're a fan of Lemon Pepper the original is good of course. But if you want the best of both worlds a lil heat and citrus then I recommend this one. I eat this one more than the lemon pepper.

Personally, I don't like to air fry my chicken with flour. You can do this if you prefer, it won't hurt it.

Does the acidity from the lemon juice mess with the meat? I heard that acidic marinades can par cook meat and mess with the texture. Ecspecially fish. But that's if you let it marinade too long, more than a couple hours. Love your videos man.

No sir...it doesn't mess with the texture of the wings. It definitely affects fish which I love, ceviche...lol! But a few hours over some chicken doesn't hurt.
