Actual in-game horn for the Buffalo Sabres in NHL 23. The horns are extended for an overtime winner, and man did they do good on this one!

In case anyone was wondering, the Sabres goal horn is a Kahlenberg Q-3A Chrome Chimetone Air Horn. It was designed originally for large luxury yachts. "Kahlenberg Chimetone Air Horns all utilize more than one projector or “trumpet” in their design. These projectors each produce a different fundamental frequency which combine to produce powerful, distinctive, musical chords. It is made entirely of bronze and brass, and is triple plated for a deep chrome finish."

Legitimately great comment.. i knew it was some form of Kahlenberg and every time i go to the arena i can see exactly were it is up in the rafters but i could never figure out the exact model

@@Snow-Stuffz .. yes, the only teams that don't use a real horn are the bruins, red wings (though they have a button that can conteol the blasts), and rangers. All the rest in the league are real horns

Yes. The horn is a lot shorter in regulation, but they go hard in OT

And is it just the Sabres’ horn that is like this? Or all teams that use a real horn plus Detroit, who uses a button for a horn recording in real life

@@leafsfanforever2896 I've seen it for Buffalo, Toronto and Vancouver so far.. the only 2 that use a set recording are Boston and the Rangers, so I should look into them....

I also saw it happen for Carolina and New Jersey, as well as the generic non-NHL horn (with an extra blast)
