Carbonic acid can be break down to CO2
And H2O
CO2 is exhaled by lungs

بما إن ال Co2 في النهاية بيدينا bicarbonate ليه معتبرين Co2 الممثل الرسمي لل acidity؟ ليه مش بنقول عليه مركب متعادل حتى بما إنه بيدينا الاتنين؟

All chemical reactions in body tend to increase acidity Bicarbonate to buffer the ph Excess co2 indicates high acidity , respiratory center activated when ph shift to acidity
