Head cheese might be worse than scrapple, but damn is scrapple nasty haha. I've lived in PA about 13 years now and that's the one thing from here that I just can't stomach. And shady maple is just AMAZING

I grew up in New Holland. I ate at Shady Maple a few times over the years growing up. Amazing is a great way to describe the place. I love the Amish fruit bread. Yum!

Man my body could not handle eating so much, I can only eat about 10 burgers and a 20 piece nuggets from mcdonald’s before feeling ready to explode. Is there a trick I could use? I eat fast too, I’d finish in 10 or so minutes but after that I can’t even look at food without feeling sick. Also keep it up B.O.B. it would be crazy to see you do a challenge in person.
