How is anyone even calling these Hwa changes bad, she was literally terrible. At least these changes mean you don't have to minmax her HP/atk statlines

Same I wished they mentioned how much the damage is reduced and how much attack diff you need for full penetration...I also think she had her time to shine! There are a lot of bad units that need buffs

Why? I feel the only nerf is second skill cool down but other than that it seems pretty op to me. Soul burn and push a unit, then s3 to aoe strip and silence lol that sounds really good imo. Maybe there's something I didn't see.

@@reinaldodiaz5760 whenever you use a unit for PvE auto, and they mess with CDs, suddenly your teams don't work like you want them to. To me, A.Lots is a PvE unit, the only buffs I want for him are ones that don't fundamentally change the way he works. Furthermore, the changes they made to him don't improve my (already low) usage of him in PvE in any way. So I'm probably going to swap him out. Which is ironic since I'm guessing they make changes for people to use the units more.

They are trying to push sales, ML celine, ML spez and judge kise are all on the mystic summon banner. I think they might time their buffs to the schedule of the banners.

To be fair ml Landy doesn't need a nerf as there are so many units that shut her down now. But I do agree on the ml haste buff as he is one of the most useless ml5 this game has at the current state.

Evasion definitely is better than the weird counter attack shit, it’s just weird that they gave him evasion when briar is one of the most picked units.

With those stats he'll still get easily destroyed by LPK, Zahak, Briar etc. Especially with such low speed he'll never get a turn to do anything.

interesting. Will have to see, but I think Spez and (especially) A.Lots need a recall option. I'd be more okay with Spez's change if they'd have given him evasion with "when he successfully evades, counter attack", similar to violet.

Souline got more pen but decreased dmg thats not increase car read it wrong. So depending on numbers she could still do the exact same dmg as before

we need to test hwa dmg, if it turns out the dmg is enough to kill chars at the 15-16k hp range then she's valid. if it's not, then it's an issue.

Spez change is an absolute W. Stick him on Decrescent now for an even higher counter chance and he's basically Light Violet now with resets on S3 kills. 70% Evasion with a 30% chance to counter on maxed Decrescent, chance to stun and CR push on Counters. He actually went from only usable in Arena offenses to potentially very draftable in RTA

Yes but that defense pen makes up for it plus the 25% attack. It's balanced now with some trade offs. I approve

They did fucking same to Bellona s3. with cut dmg to buffed target, but *increase* atk - as result she deal less dmg

The problem is that she does less damage if someone on your team can buff atk ( something that 90% of the players that still use Hwa today do) . Her major problem is that after her S3, she does absolutely nothing.

Can you kill something with hwa without atk buff? Because you cant buff atk on top of her passive now. And her s3 dmg reduced. Definitely awesome buff!

I mean her attack buff now has a pretty rough condition of needing to not be debuffed to even activate. There are so many debuffs flying around in the meta. ML Yuffine just needs to breathe on her from a counter before she gets immunity and she is debuffed. There is also buff strip, unbuffable. It's an interesting change for sure but it's really up in the air how well she'll work now.

You looks like clown dude. Now we have 30% stats buff and can get atk or greater atk buff, which add 50-75% to stats. NOW - not only we lose 30% of her stats, but also get s3 dmg decreased, not to say she need to be out of debuffs to get stats up. Are you sure that this can be called as *buff*?

@@z3p.hyr_ I don't really have much issue with her tbh...but I have ml Elena which negates counterattacks. Now J.Kise will have disable counterattack debuff. Sucks that only ML5* can easily counter her atm tho.

@@shawnfee9107 yea but that's the problem; it's ridiculously hard to get ML5s without being p2w, and even if you do get one the chance that it's the one that you want will be low (except if it is from mystic pity). Not everyone has access to ML elena nor Jkise (me included); also, apparently units can still counter off of ML elena's S3, so if that 20% procs (greater if ML Landy has both counter set and Elbris), there is a chance that ML elena might die and then all will be for naught. Anyways sorry for the long reply lol, have a fantastic day.

I'm ftp and I have 29 out of the existing 47 ml5* units, and I have enough galaxy coins to pick one of the units I don't have. That said, I've also been playing since launch...but I know ppl that have been playing as long as me that only have a hand full of ml5*. RNG be crazy lol. Have a good one!

She only gets the atk buff with no Debuffs and is losing her shield every turn.. what’s the point of s3 cleansing if she needed it at the start of the turn for her to get the atk buff. Unless s1 does huge damage to make up for it, which I doubt. I’ll be surprised if she can kill units with over 18k health

@@Er059 the point of s3 cleansing is to get rid of any atk downs or non hard CC spells so she can gain immunity and barrier on her first cycle. with 30% crit resistance still a part of her kit and now able to build bulk, the point of her kit now seems to be "s3 for self util on turn 1, cycle s1s for 3 turns, threaten lethal on turn 4 when s3 is back up" since s1 is getting buffed and is now her new 10 soul burn, you probably want to move her back onto Uberius and build her with ER She doesn't need to kill units with over 18k hp. The most lethal characters right now hover at 15k. NCLandy, AYufine. Hell, the fact that she doesn't crit means she'll be great to deal with MAKen. With this kit, now she can get an EE that makes her really good.

explain. how? by giving her def pen on s1? strip all buffs, can't counter, def break, and extra turn soul burn on s2? at the cost of the 65% def break on s1, hit chance decrease on s2, and 2nd instance of cooldown increase on s3?
