I really hope they stand by this game and improve it. The concept is good and with a few tweaks and steering wheel compatibility for console it will be class.

Adding wheel support on console will only help sales so it's in their best interests to get it added !

it wont be class untill all of the wells are compatble with pc a wheel from 2007 is supported but a wheel from 2022 isnt?

@@CGDGAMES Nah... I think it is already too late. Most people I read on the web had been that dissapointed that they lost the trust. I don't think these people suddenly get optimistic. Its this shit storm thing like with cyber punk or the day before. The devs did a good job but they ignored what the community asked for. I mean like mainly ask for. Quit sad. Could had been a good game. You got to understand that bad publicity when released is just good for big players. Small companies need more money for repairing promotion than initial promotion to get the desired sells.

Game is literally pointless on console. Im not even sure why this launched without wheel support. Fudging the launch really screws sales. Ugh

Here is a small audio problem no one has addressed. When using the radial menu to open all the windows or one window. They do open. But they sound like they are closed. The outside environment does not leak in. Once touching manually the controls on the drivers side to open the window that’s when you hear the outside environment. So do not use the radial menu if you want to hear the outside noise once you windows. Audio bug Also I did not hear any upcoming fixes for Xbox series X from the developers.

I'm really sorry but I have never gamed on a Mac so I wouldn't really know , I'm sure there will be cables available to show your display on a TV ! You can't go wrong with a Logitech G920

came across this game while looking for a driving simulator to help my friend pass the driving exam in Spain. Thank you for your video, it answered so many of my questions. Guess I will be waiting for them to release what wheels will be supported for this game, and fix the bugs for PS5.

The game is great, there's only one thing that bothers me, when I'm stopped at the traffic lights another vehicle comes running and hits the car, and also having to get on the sidewalk to pick up passengers.

I have noticed that since switching to manual I actually have to keep my foot in the brake when stopped, meaning the brake lights are on. I’ve had less fender benders since then, could be by chance though.

Still wont purchase this game until wheel support on console, still blows my mind it was never added in the first place, ive seen games made by smaller studios manage it ok, Truck driver being one of them

They need to stop with the excuses and get wheel support for consoles. G29 works for PC and PS5 too but somehow they can't figure it out like everyone else did ??? Who pitches a car simulation with no steering wheel support...This is so disrespectful to console users..

There is a post on my community tab on KZfaq with a full road map , it shows when wheel support WILL be added to the game on console !

Sounds good to me. I will continue playing after a good patch definitely, cause I really did enjoy the game very much so far. But I saw that patch 1.0.2 was more a step backwards than forward and so I will pause a bit playing the game. Did go back to Showrunner at.…😊

I know you mentioned aswell about other in game issues but I would suggest (my opinion) sort out the wheel issue first (you don’t have to add loads of types as the most common ones are either logitech or playstation) and then do the in game stuff after as there’d be a much bigger range for people who want to buy it then. I don’t know how long it’ll take you but I hope by May it’s fixed !

A little dismayed that Simteract seem to be prioritising the PC version of Taxi Life over the console version (we just get the obligatory couple of sentences shoe-horned in at the end) but there again, they did exactly the same with Train Life so I suppose it was to be expected. The other thing that disappoints me is the fact that the game retails a full £10 cheaper on PC (£24.99 / £29.99 vs £34.99 / £39.99, so not only are we getting an inferior version of Taxi Life but we're not even worthy of the pricing parity that most self-respecting developers tend to adhere to when porting new games over to consoles. c'est la vie, I guess. Talking of French. Nice try but 'eau' is French for water.....not 'aqua' 😛

They are a weird one aren’t they they make good sims but then abandon their potential moving on to make a new game. I’m sure they have their financial reasons etc but the Sim community really wants the ETS2 business model in their sims.
