I have this head set but I didn’t know it needed the adapter when I got it I do have to have an adapter to hook up to controller or use as a mic right

So the LED lights only work when the USB is connected? Because I just bought them for my daughter to use mainly for headphones & the lights don't work. Sad

It is an aux plug in so just plug it into switch and the usb led into the doc and it should work

Has to be plugged into USB at the same time. If not then it probably is faulty

for some reason im testing out the mic on discord and it isnt working and its not wokring on anything else, if it doesnt get fixed imma return it and get a new one

@@diegos_wrld8557 Yes actually, there is a cable that has both the red and green wire and that wire connects to another wire, takes the other wire out and only put the one in that is connected to the green and red cables idk if i explained it well at all but hopefully you figure it out

There should be another usb thats attached, you don't really need it but it powers the led

@Tonder i think you mean the bulky thing on the wire that can mute your mic and increase volume but i tried that and it did not work it might be because i used it on a computer because when i look up other reviews they keep testing it on ps4 and xbox.
