A gag character is someone who can do ridiculous things compared to the rest of the verse because yes. While Toon force allows cartoons to warp reality for comedy, but the whole verse can do it. gag characters who do absurd things, which isn't possible . Toon force is reality warping, and gag force is logic breaking. Plus, the earth she cracked had no repercussions. Beerus negates gag feats, not reality warping gods. And bugs can manipulate plot. Arael is a joke character who breaks logic, toon force changes reality for toons ( they call her a gag character, so she only breaks logic because thats what gags do. While cartoons warp reality if its funny. Similar idea, separate concept.)
