Those resistors used to be so easy to change until manufacturers made them hidden in radiator shrouds . They expect people to just buy a new car. Thank God for RockAuto , I have never been disappointed yet by the parts I have ordered .

@@themechanic6117 hi, I have a similar issue, but in my case the fan is good because I bypass the relay and it turns on. The compressor clutch get in as well, now when turn the AC on from the inside of the car is not turning the fan on just the AC compressor. Any suggestions? thanks for this video btw

I really love videos like this. I own a 2014 Buick Encore with similar issues. No AC, fan not working. Tomorrow I’m scheduled to drop it off to Buick service center. Wish me luck!

The fan only kicks on with a command on signal from the ac pressure switch but the ac clutch gets the same on command so are you just hearing it engage or is it actually engaged . Ok that's what I remember from a SD vid 😅😅👍

Did you ever figure out the ac problem ? I did my gf car because of same issue I replaced the coolant housing and tightened the hoses because it kept leaking ac out of hoses , It seemed to fix the problem although I have read lose hoses are common problems for this vehicle. This is my first car to work on btw I’m no mechanic like you. God bless
